Chapter 58: Annoying Sounds and a Battle

In the endless darkness, time slowly passed, and Blore gradually felt that the touch under his feet was not right.

There was a soft feeling before, but now there is a hard layer underneath the soft feeling on the soles of my feet.

"Do you feel it? I feel like we should be somewhere else."

Blore suddenly became energetic and his sleepiness was gone. He asked Lu'e beside him with some excitement.

"Indeed, we should have left by now, but I don't know what our current situation is."

Lu'e seemed to be distracted and thinking about something all the way. When he suddenly heard Blore talking, he quickly responded.

There was no more mycelium floating around, and the sky suddenly changed color, from black to blue, as if someone had removed the black cardboard and replaced it with blue cardboard.

Only then did Blore notice that there were emerald green... pillars all around him?

A round rod, inserted straight there.

When it was daybreak, Blore discovered that Lu'e had dispersed all the black fog that was floating around the two of them.

The view in front of me suddenly became wider.

Countless emerald green pillars stand out, as if they are the guardians of the earth. These pillars are tall and straight, like towering trees, giving people a solemn and majestic feeling.

The surface of the pillar is covered with strange protrusions, like ancient runes or the scales of a mysterious creature, exuding a mysterious aura.

Lu'e raised an eyebrow and took a step forward. A flash of silver light appeared, and a red solution immediately seeped out from the interior of the pillar, as bright and dazzling as blood. The red solution flowed down the pillar, gathering on the ground into pools of blood, emitting a rich fragrance.

The aroma fills the air, making people feel relaxed and happy. It has the fragrance of flowers and the richness of spices, making people intoxicated.

Blore sniffed uncomfortably. He felt his arm itching again, but he could still bear it.

In this forest of pillars, squares of sunlight filter through the gaps between the leaves, creating streaks of golden light. A gentle breeze rustles the pillars, as if they were telling ancient stories.

"It feels like even the wind in here is fake."

The wind blew through the loose hair on Lu'e's forehead. Lu'e brushed it twice and turned back to say to Blore who was walking in front.

"Indeed, look over there, it feels like bluestone."

Blore spotted something else and waved at him excitedly.

"Coming." Lu'e's dark pupils looked at Blore again, but unfortunately Blore had already turned around.

It was indeed a bluestone road. The stone was of beautiful color. There were many small mushrooms densely planted beside it. They looked strange in shape and ugly in equal measure.

After observing carefully, Lu'e said that she was shocked by its ugliness, which made Blore, who was observing the pillar at the side, very curious and wanted to see it too.

As a result, Lu'e picked him up and told him to stop looking and get on the road quickly.

Although the sky never changes, it will never return to its original state once it changes. Today, there is only blue and a square sun in the sky.

We walked along the bluestone road without any accidents, except for the monster called Yuan that kept screaming. Otherwise, the scenery in front of us was very beautiful.

Blore and the other man originally wanted to ignore them, but the things became more and more numerous, and each one was screaming louder than the other. The two looked at each other, and the black fog gradually appeared around them again. Magically, the sound was immediately isolated, and the surrounding vision was not blocked.

To the monsters, it looked like a large ball of black fog passing by them.

"I just calculated it again. Let's keep going." Lu'e said to Blore who was looking at him in surprise.

"Um, do your eyes turn completely black when you use your mental power? I just saw a large area of your pupils turned black." Blore was a little curious.

"These are all side effects. I don't want this to happen either. There's nothing I can do." Lu'e avoided the topic and looked at Blore with her dark pupils. "Let's go."

The feeling here is that it is made up of large pieces of territory. This piece is this, that piece is that, and the boundaries are very obvious. Now they just need to take another step and they will go from the bluestone slab to the green space.

"There's a door there." Blore pointed to the flat grassland ahead.

Amidst the endless expanse of grass, a massive black gate towered forward, reaching into the sky. Its awe-inspiring height seemed like a portal to another world. Yet, in stark contrast to its grandeur, the gate was scribbled with graffiti, a crisscross of colors and patterns interwoven into a chaotic yet unique scene.

The Black Gate is surrounded by dense grass, taller than the trees, rustling in the wind. Like a natural barrier, the grass isolates the Black Gate from the outside world, making it even more mysterious and eye-catching. Sunlight filters through the gaps in the grass, casting dappled shadows on the gate and creating a hazy feeling.

Blore and the others stepped onto the grass and approached the black door, where they saw the graffiti on the door more clearly. Some were simple lines and patterns, while others were complex words and symbols, which seemed to tell a story or convey some message.

Lu'e frowned and stared at the black door. Although it was called a black door, there was only a small key lock and a small hole that was only big enough for a teenager to pass through.

Blore followed him, feeling bored and anxious, and went to look at the grass that was as tall as the trees.

The grass grows in clumps, tall and strong, but when you get closer you can see that it is covered with dense, tiny bumps.
