"I'm not saying this, but this village is way too friendly. I hope I don't run into such friendly people again..."
Jiu Yizhi looked around and found no one there, then he complained loudly: "What kind of shabby place is this! Is this a place where people can live?"
I saw Nansong and his four companions standing in front of a door that was not much bigger than a dog hole. Behind the door was a cave of unknown size.
Lu Nanyao said calmly: "Since he wants to make things difficult for us, he definitely doesn't want us to stay here for long. Let's just make do with it for now." As she said that, she pushed open the small wooden door.
There was a creaking sound, and the wooden door was pushed open all of a sudden. Then, a musty and damp smell wafted out.
"I looked around and it's a good thing none of us three are fat, otherwise it would be a problem even if we could crawl in." Jiu Yizhi couldn't help himself.
"Come on, aren't you the most familiar with living in a cave?" Lu Nanyao mercilessly exposed his past.
"I have indeed seen his spiritual image, and it really feels like he lives in the water or in a mountain cave." Nan Song thought secretly to himself, and then could only glance at him lightly.
"What are you doing?! I do live in the mountains, but I live in a wooden house in the mountains! Who would be so primitive?"
Although Nansong's sight was not obvious, Jiuyizhi still felt it and immediately got angry.
"No, I didn't tell him about you. Well, let's go into the cave quickly!" Nan Song didn't want to cause trouble here, so he tried to pull Lu Nan Yao away, but failed.
"It should be very narrow. We definitely can't stand up. You can choose to walk on your stomach or squat." Lu Nanyao squatted there and looked for a long time before coming to the conclusion.
Jiu Yizhi on the other side seemed to think that arguing with these people would be a disaster for him, so he simply rolled his eyes and ignored everyone.
"I think we should just walk on our stomachs. After all, if we walk while squatting, we'll have to lie down again if our legs get numb." Seeing that Jiu Yizhizi didn't say anything, and Bai Di couldn't be relied upon, and he wasn't around anymore, Nan Song quickly tried to smooth things over.
Lu Nanyao didn't seem to care. She nodded casually and stood up. At the same time, a cold light shot out from her right hand.
Then a loud shout was heard, followed by a commotion in the bushes not far away.
"Why haven't you come out yet? Isn't our crosstalk good?" Nan Song turned around with a smile.
Then a radish tip popped up, followed by two, three, four, and five.
Such a large area can still accommodate so many people...
"Hello, I'm fifteen years old. I feel like we are about the same age. Tell me where you want to go and I'll lead the way." One of the five radish heads suddenly jumped out, with long white hair scattered behind him in a messy manner, making people feel very sloppy at first glance.
"Where can we go? Didn't your village chief ask us to stay here? Please don't misunderstand us." Nan Song turned her head and stopped looking at them. She had not forgotten the weirdness of the child in the forest. She guessed that there were no good people here.
Then the next four jumped out. They seemed a little angry, with messy hair and bulging eyes. They all looked crazy and stared at the four people not far away.
"Really? I remember the village chief asked you to go to the south. Why did you come here?" He said this word by word. Even though there was some distance between them, Nan Song felt that he was going crazy.
Suddenly, they began to breathe heavily, and their eyes beneath their messy hair turned blood red, which was extremely creepy. The child next to him also began to move forward slowly, as if wanting to swallow the person in front of him in one gulp.
Seeing this, Lu Nanyao quickly explained with a smile, "That's not the case. We don't have a very good sense of direction, and we thought this was the place the village chief had prepared for us. I'm so sorry! We're leaving now. Could you please help us lead the way?"
Upon hearing this, the oldest white-haired child's expression became even more bizarre. Then, he dropped to all fours and crawled in front of everyone like a wild animal. He scanned the area with his red eyes and slowly stood up.
His gaze wasn't like a human looking at another, but rather like scrutinizing a flock of lambs to be slaughtered, or an object about to die. His face was covered in strange white markings, which complemented his messy white hair. Combined with his bulging, blood-red eyes, it was a chilling sight. Furthermore, the few henchmen behind him followed suit, all crawling over like wild beasts.
"Okay, let's go." He said expressionlessly, turned around and left.
Everyone exchanged glances and followed.
*
While walking in the forest, the child suddenly patted his dog. Strangely, the dog suddenly became bigger than two cows. The child dragged out a cart from somewhere, put it on the dog's head, climbed up slowly, and looked at the four people.
Seeing that the four people did not move, the dog suddenly turned around with a fierce and vicious look in its eyes. The four people had no choice but to climb up.
Then, in a forest, a huge dog rushed past like an arrow. Because its body was bigger than two cows, every step it took made the ground tremble slightly.
Moreover, the dog's fur was as white as snow, but as it ran, the white hair on its body became longer and longer, as if possessed by mycelium, and gradually dragged on the ground.
The long white fur fluttered wildly in the wind, forming a stark contrast to the dog's speed. It intertwined and tangled, creating a chaotic mess. The originally pristine white fur had become matted from friction with the ground, covered in dust and weeds.
