Chapter 89 Frequent Danger

The corridor was narrow and damp, with drops of water dripping from the walls, making a dripping sound. In the darkness, flashes of light, like red eyes, were eerie. Nan Song tried to struggle, but her strength was insignificant under the mycelium's constraints.

Somehow, she remembered that the scene she had just seen might have been in an illusion, like black flowers transformed from mycelium blooming in people's eyes, blooming on the hem of skirts, blooming in every corner of the city, and finally blooming in the entire sky.

Anyway, it's quite confusing.

Jiuyizhi on the side seemed to be waking up soon. Nansong suddenly felt that their progress was quite fast. They had already entered the cave without even looking at the village. He didn't know how Blore and the others were doing, and Matuan's condition was not good before. He hoped that they were okay.

Seeing that Jiu Yizhi was about to sober up, Lu Nanyao glanced forward vaguely.

The space now is much larger than the one they just crawled through. If the three of them stand up and run, they will definitely be able to get rid of those mycelium-like things.

Suddenly the figure in front stopped. Nan Song subconsciously felt that something was not right, and the uncomfortable feeling reached its peak at this moment.

"Run!" With a light shout, Bai Di's figure suddenly appeared. The black dragon, which had shrunk dozens of times, instantly burned the mycelium, and then it showed its fangs and claws, unlike the black shadow in front. At the same time, the three people disappeared instantly.

Everything happened too quickly, but the black shadow seemed to have anticipated all the situations. Countless black shadows suddenly emerged from the surrounding cave walls and pounced on the four people who had just teleported to other places.

"This must be the Mountain Weaver Girl." The cold light in Lu Nanyao's hand scattered, and all the approaching black shadows instantly collapsed, and the four people ran away wildly.

"How are you, Bai Di? Are you okay?" Nan Song asked Bai Di while releasing a stream of water to create a dizzying effect and make them attack each other.

Bai Di didn't say anything, just shook his head, but the illusion of mountains immediately appeared beside him, showing a very clear dragon vein.

"Hey, you can actually do this, but I feel that your mental strength is not as high as mine, and I can't do this!" Jiu Yizhi saw all the scenes behind him. He transformed into a Yuyu spear to disperse the black shadows that pounced on him, while expressing his surprise.

Bai Di had no time to pay attention to him at all, but the next second a group of unknown black fungi landed on Jiu Yizhi's shoulder. Before he could say anything, he was swallowed up by the surging black mist.

Bai Di seemed to have sensed something, but it was just a little bit off. The moment the white light appeared, it was instantly swallowed by the black fog, and the remaining light green pattern was also swallowed up along with Nan Song and Lu Nan Yao.

Time waits for no one. After swallowing up everything, the black fog began to roam over the land again. Soon, a snow-white and very cute sea otter slowly crawled over from the frozen ground that had been frozen for who knows when. A bit similar to the dog before, the sea otter walked in a twisting manner, but its hair became longer and longer, spreading thickly on the ground, like an expensive plush carpet.

"Blore, are you sure they really came here?" Ma Tuan once again stepped over a large piece of gold jewelry, kicked away an unknown black solid, looked at Blore who was looking around, not knowing what he was looking for, and asked helplessly.

"That's what Cyclamen told me at the time. They saw a lake and found a map. There was a hole in the middle of the lake on the map. They asked us to go into the cave and then meet up." Blore didn't know what was going on.

"Oh..." Ma Tuanzhang sighed. Just now, Zhimawan suddenly disappeared after a few twists and turns. When he left, he picked up Ma Tuan, and then, in front of Blore's horrified eyes, he sucked him like a cat, causing his stomach to still ache slightly.

"What a bad luck," Ma Tuan sighed as he picked up a pearl as big as his fist, tossed it up and down, and then threw it to Blore.

Blore took it casually, but because he was not sure what the "motuan" meant, he had to put the pearl into his pocket first.

The two of them had no other choice. Just ahead of them, there was a corner. Turning it, they saw a vast expanse of ground. In the center stood a massive, pitch-black altar. It was like a silent, behemoth, emitting a mysterious and oppressive aura. As soon as they turned the corner, it suddenly appeared before their eyes, drawing a sharp gasp.

The altar is surrounded by luxurious red cloths, which cascade down like waterfalls, swaying gently, as if telling an ancient story. The bright and deep colors of these cloths contrast sharply with the pitch-black altar, giving people a strong visual impact.

Scattered around the altar are several chairs, their shapes simple and solemn, bearing the weight of time. Made of precious materials, they are intricately carved with patterns that reflect their owners' status and position.

A faint golden light shone from within the altar, a faint and mysterious light, like a call from another world. It flickered in the darkness, giving people a sense of hope and warmth, yet making people afraid to approach easily.

The whole scene is full of mystery and solemnity.

"Where does this light come from? Even those mountains of treasures just now couldn't be illuminated by so much light, so what's going on with this ordinary altar?"

Ma Tuan stopped, thought for a while, and took out the two pieces of white cloth from his bag.
