Yu Dong and Zhang Cuihong have both lived in the village for decades and know the surrounding scenery very well.
The two realized something was wrong in a moment.
They should have run away long ago, why are they still standing here?
Yu Dong had gone to find Zhou Jiren with the others last time and experienced being lost in a maze.
Seeing these familiar scenes, with lush green branches and soft, cotton-like grass on the ground, I felt a sense of peace.
Yu Dong felt a chill run down his spine. These things seemed to become terrifying in his eyes, as if they could come to life in front of him at any moment and turn into a hideous monster.
"Old man, this...this doesn't seem right?" Zhang Cuihong's mouth hurt terribly, but she still stammered as she spoke.
Yu Zhaodi, who was already timid and frightened, was now trembling like a leaf, tears streaming down her face: "I didn't do anything, Grandma forced me... It wasn't me, it wasn't me..."
"Shut up!" Then Zhang Cuihong slapped him on the head.
Her mouth hurt, and even her favorite swearing was barely audible at that moment.

Several of the insects had already arched their bodies and landed on Yu Dong.
Zhang Cuihong felt nauseous.
"Old...old man, you're hiding something!" Zhang Cuihong shouted shrilly as she pointed at the moving object, but the pain in her mouth made her quickly cover it.
Yu Dong, of course, also felt the thing on his neck.

"Zihan, Ziqiu, go back for dinner! And where is our sister?" Lin Zhongyuan came over to call them. He saw his two younger brothers riding bamboo horses and charging into battle, but he looked around and couldn't see his sister anywhere.
Lin Zihan and Lin Ziqiu were having so much fun that they didn't even notice they were covered in sweat.
“Little sister…” Lin Zihan casually pointed in the direction the girls were playing, “Little sister is playing with flowers with them.”
But Lin Zhongyuan looked closely and found that Lin Wanyue was not among the little girls playing house!

The three brothers quickly found some little girls playing house and asked them.
The girls all shook their heads.
"We...we were playing together just now...Wanwan is still a little princess, but I didn't see her when we were cooking." The little girls said a little scared.
"Think about it carefully again? Did you see her leave with someone else?" Lin Zhongyuan asked worriedly.
Lin Wanyue has always been a smart and sensible child who never worries her family and rarely goes far away on her own.

One of the boys, who was playing together on a bamboo horse, saw the three Lin brothers' flustered appearance and a smug smile appeared on his face.

There were many children in the village, and they were playing enthusiastically, so no one noticed where Lin Wanyue had gone.
"I'll go find you two again and tell Mother!" Lin Zhongyuan was worried and his expression turned cold towards his two younger brothers.

How could my little sister just get lost like that?

"Didn't you take your sister to play in the bamboo forest at noon? How did she get lost?" Xuefu wasn't too panicked, after all, there had been two misunderstandings before. So she wiped the water off her hands with her bib, went outside, and shouted loudly in the direction of the bamboo forest, "Wanwan, Wanwan! Come back for dinner."
Lin Ziqiu burst into tears: "Mother, we weren't paying attention, and my sister just disappeared... My eldest brother and third brother have already gone to look for her, but they haven't found her yet."
It seems it really is lost!
