Chapter 166 Unwilling to Accept It, Going Mad

Standing downstairs at the company, Ah Jie looked at the message his grandfather had sent him and gave a bitter smile: Yes, he had grown up eating the blood of the He family, so what right did he have to say such high-sounding words?

His lips moved, but he didn't know what to say. In the end, he decided to go find his sister first.

When Mu Youyi learned that A-Jie had arrived, she quickly went downstairs.

Upon seeing her younger brother, whom she hadn't seen for over a year, her eyes instantly welled up with tears: "Ah Jie, you're finally back."

Her parents are both in jail, and her grandfather refuses to answer the phone. Now she's all alone at home. She seemed very happy to see her younger brother come back.

Ah Jie stood up, looked at his sister whose face was sallow and whose expression was haggard, and frowned slightly: "Sis, what happened to you?"

"Isn't your brother-in-law good to you?"

Zhongzhou is very busy with his studies, and he didn't come back for his sister's engagement and wedding. He still hasn't met his brother-in-law.

Mu Youyi said, "He hasn't been home for two days. He said he's only responsible for providing money to support me and the child. Don't expect any care or love from him."

Upon hearing this, Ah Jie looked furious: "Why did you agree to marry someone like that in the first place?"

Zhang Xueqing and Mu He protected their son very well, never telling him about the dirty tricks of the outside world. They only kept urging him to study, and in his spare time, they took him around to broaden his horizons.

The couple both hoped that their son's hands would be clean.

Therefore, he was unaware of many things that happened at home.

I don't know why Mu Youyi and Si Tianrui got married.

Upon hearing this, Mu Youyi glanced at her younger brother. She couldn't admit that she had suffered the consequences of her own scheming against Luosang.

She just kept crying, "Ah Jie, Mom and Dad have been put in jail by Losang, what should we do now?"

“I called my grandfather, but he wouldn’t answer me at all.”

After hearing this, A-Jie frowned and asked in a low voice, "Grandpa isn't answering your calls?"

That shouldn't be the case. Grandpa treats my eldest sister very well; he was even willing to give her shares in the company. Why wouldn't he answer her calls?

“They won’t answer. They even said that I’ve already married Si Tianrui. Now that the Mu family is in trouble, I should persuade the Si family to help the Mu family. If I don’t help, then I’m not his granddaughter.”

At this point, Mu Youyi felt very wronged. She had previously been confident that as long as she married into the Si family, she could use Si Tianrui to enter the company and eventually control the Si family's fate.

Now, however, they can't even get close to the company anymore.

More importantly, since becoming pregnant, she has had sleep problems, often unable to sleep or eat, and her skin has become increasingly worse. She is even afraid to go out and see her friends.

Ah Jie looked at her and asked again, "Why did you marry someone like Si Tianrui?"

"He's a notorious playboy in Beijing. You used to never even glance at Si Tianrui, so why did you choose to marry him in the end?"

Faced with her younger brother's relentless questioning, Mu Youyi suddenly stood up and shouted, "Do you think I wanted to?"

"If it weren't for that bastard Losang plotting against me, how could I have gotten pregnant with Si Tianrui's child?"

“You are my brother. Shouldn’t you be helping me settle accounts with Si Tianrui after you come back? Why are you interrogating me here?”

“I am your sister, not your prisoner.”

At this point, she couldn't help but cry.

Seeing her like this, Ah Jie felt very sad: "Don't cry. I'll talk to my brother-in-law and ask him to spend more time with you. As for what you said about your second sister scheming against you, she doesn't seem like the type to cause trouble. Did you scheme against her first?"

"Get out! Get out of here! I don't need you to come see me. Get out now!"

Mu Youyi glared at her brother, who was siding with outsiders: "If you think Losang is good, then go find Losang now. Don't come here. I feel disgusted just looking at you."

"Do you know that Losang is now the wife of the Huo family's president, so you're trying to curry favor with her?" Mu Youyi felt that she had guessed A-Jie's thoughts, and she became more and more excited as she spoke, continuing to shout loudly, "Unfortunately, she would never be interested in you."

"Have you seen those news reports? You treat her like your second sister, but she might not even look at you."

Seeing how agitated she was, Ah Jie couldn't help but say, "Don't get so agitated, it's not good for the baby."

Ah Jie thought of his gentle, generous, and proper older sister from before, and then looked at this crazy woman now. He even thought he had chosen the wrong person.

How come they've all become so terrifying?

"Whether my child is good or not is none of your business. You should leave my house right now and go find your good second sister and see if she wants you." Mu Youyi looked at her younger brother and instantly felt that he was extremely hypocritical.

He was the only grandson of the Mu family. From a young age, she knew that no matter how hard she tried, everything in the family would be left to him.

She used to think that as long as she managed her reputation well and did a good job, she could marry into one of China's top wealthy families, or even Huo Yunsheng, based on her status as the daughter of the Mu family.

Therefore, she wouldn't compete with her younger brother for anything.

Only now do I realize that it's different, completely different.

Her younger brother could own the Mu Group without doing anything, and all her efforts to marry into the Si family only made her a laughingstock.

Looking at her disheveled appearance and then at her well-dressed brother, she felt that God was really unfair.

They were born with just a couple extra ounces of flesh, destined to have everything from the moment they were born.

Seeing how agitated she was, Ah Jie worried that she might hurt the child, so he decided to leave quickly.

Before leaving, he reminded Mu Youyi, "Big sister, don't be angry, don't get upset. I'll go see Mom and Dad first, and we'll have dinner together after you calm down."
