Chapter 90 The Chosen Crown Princess

It was truly chilling to the bone.

Because of Chu Pingyao, Rong Ning felt a sense of anticipation for tonight's family dinner. "Aying... prepare some hot water for me. I need to get ready to meet my future sister-in-law!"

"Yes, Your Highness!"

Ah Ying happily went downstairs to run errands.

Soon, everything was ready, and Rong Ning soaked in the hot water, feeling much more comfortable all over.

"Your Highness... what clothes will you be wearing later?" A-Ying asked from the side.

"Just a dress from an ordinary girl's family..."

When Rong Ning first met Miss Chu, she didn't want to dress too fiercely and scare her away.

This made Rong Ning very uncomfortable.

If she had known it would have this effect, she would have preferred to wear it as usual, at least she would be more comfortable.

Rong Ning was irritated. She bowed to the emperor on the high throne and then sat down in her own seat.

Because it was a family dinner, there were no separate tables.

Rong Ning sat below the Crown Prince, and to Rong Ning's left was Chu Pingyao.

The placement of this location is absolutely brilliant.

This was the first time Rong Ning felt superfluous.
