Chapter 63 Stay by my side

"Okay, okay!!"

You Jiang turned pale with anger, and laughed in a fit of rage, "Since this is the result you want, what else can I say!"

As soon as she finished speaking, she turned and left without looking back.

She wasn't the kind of pushover who could be easily manipulated. Since the other party had already told her to leave, why should she stay and make a fool of herself?

Let bygones be bygones. From now on, let's go our separate ways and not hold grudges against each other.

Youjiang hurried out from inside, just passing by Aheng who was waiting outside.

Her face was frighteningly gloomy, her gaze fixed straight ahead, completely ignoring her surroundings, as if she were the only person left in the entire world.

Ah Heng watched her departing figure, and couldn't help but feel a little worried.

He subconsciously looked into the room and saw His Highness the Crown Prince sitting there quietly, radiating an indescribable sense of loneliness.

Ah Heng understood and knew what she should do.

He took off running, quickly catching up with Youjiang, and shouted, "Grandma...where are you going?"

Unresponsive to the reins, it charged forward headlong...

That damn thing!

Ah Heng sped up and blocked You Jiang's path. "What's wrong? Why are you so angry!"

"Get out of the way!!" He drew his sword.

"Hey...no, no, no!" Ah Heng raised her hand, glanced around, and carefully pushed her knife back. "Don't be so impulsive. It doesn't matter if you hurt me, after all, I'm thick-skinned and no one cares. But you're different. If I hurt you, it'll be a disaster. Our Crown Prince will skin me alive."

"Shut up!"

Youjiang shoved him aside and quickly returned to her own courtyard...

There were few people in the East Palace. Her courtyard was just a wall away from the Crown Prince's courtyard, only a few steps away.

Ah Heng followed closely behind, watching her quickly pack her things, stuff them into a small bundle, and lift it up, looking like she was about to leave.

This is terrible!

Ah Heng quickly stepped forward to stop her, "What's going on? You just left without saying goodbye."

You Jiang replied impatiently, "I've been here long enough, it's time to go."

“Who said that? You can’t just say things like that,” Aheng replied.

Youjiang glared at him but didn't answer.

Seeing this, Ah Heng knew that You Jiang was really angry this time, so she tried to comfort her: "Okay, okay, don't be angry. Let's talk things over."

You Jiang ignored him and prepared to walk around him and leave.

Ah Heng quickly grabbed her arm and said urgently, "Don't go! Let's talk this out. We can work together to find a solution."

Youjiang stopped, forcefully shook off his hand, and glared at him. "This problem can't be solved!"

“You’re free…” Ah Heng blocked the doorway, earnestly advising, “Let’s talk this out… His Highness the Crown Prince has been dealing with a lot of trouble these past few days, and perhaps his words weren’t very pleasant, but it doesn’t warrant running away from home!”

"This is not my home!" You Jiang snorted coldly and said irritably, "The Crown Prince just personally ordered me to leave the Eastern Palace. If you stop me now, you are disobeying your master. I advise you to get out of the way quickly, lest the Crown Prince kick you out as well!"

Ah...no...

What did you say?

Ah Heng wondered if she had misheard, or if there was something wrong with her ears. "The Crown Prince ordered you to leave the Eastern Palace?"

"Otherwise what?"

You Jiang shoved him away, her tone tinged with resentment and dissatisfaction, "Our Crown Prince is going to choose a concubine, with beautiful wives and concubines serving him, making me look out of place!"

Ah...no...

Are these two dads playing with something new today?

But Ah Heng had been with the Crown Prince since childhood, and the two had grown up together. He knew the Crown Prince best and could see how much he liked You Jiang.

If Youjiang really leaves today, the Crown Prince will surely be sad.

"Wait...wait..."

Ah Heng caught up with her, "Don't be so impulsive. Maybe the Crown Prince just had a momentary lapse of judgment and said the wrong thing."

"What does it have to do with me that he said something wrong!"

It charged forward headlong, taking huge strides, as if it wanted to vent all its discontent on the ground beneath its feet.

"Perhaps the Crown Prince will regret it tomorrow... oh... no... tonight?"

Ah Heng chased after him anxiously, her voice slightly breathless.

"Regret?" You Jiang sneered. "His regret is none of my business. I never belonged here. I only stayed by the Crown Prince's side to repay a debt of gratitude. Now that the Crown Prince says I've repaid my debt and can leave, what reason do I have to stay?"

Her tone was firm and resolute, carrying a hint of undisguised disappointment and sadness.

As it turns out, angry women are irrational; they don't think rationally, they just want to unleash their emotions wildly.

An angry woman is harder to tame than the wildest horse on the prairie.

Ah Heng finally understood that he couldn't stop this person today.

He didn't know what to say, so he followed the reins out of the East Palace.

There was no way to stop her, so I had to back down and ask her, "Where are you going after you leave the East Palace?"

"have no idea…"

The world is vast, and she can go wherever she feels comfortable. In the past few years, she has devoted herself to the Crown Prince and he has treated her well. She has accumulated a lot of resources to make a living and has martial arts skills to rely on, so she can survive anywhere.

Seeing how casual she was, and feeling lost herself, Ah Heng hesitated for a moment before cautiously asking, "Then... how about... you go to the North first?"

"I'm not going!"

You Jiang shook her head directly. The Crown Prince wanted her to go to the north to protect Princess Ningding for her.
