Tang Li hesitated, unsure whether she should send Shen Qingxu's address.
If it were sent, Lu Jianshen would definitely suspect his relationship with Shen Qingxu.
Their sibling relationship is currently unknown, which makes things easier for them.
After thinking about it, Tang Li sent her location.
She turned to Shen Qingxu and asked, "Where's A-Lu?"
I'd like to see the little one.
"He was already asleep when you came over. It's best if you don't go to see him now, so he won't see your wounds and worry."
Tang Li nodded. "That makes sense. Shall I take a look from a distance?"
Shen Qingxu pointed, "Alright, it's in the room next to yours, the little guy is asleep."
Tang Li tiptoed to her son's room, where A-Lu was fast asleep.
Twenty minutes later, Lu Jianshen's car stopped downstairs.
Tang Li came out of the house, and Shen Qingxu helped her.
Lu Jianshen glanced at Shen Qingxu with a deep look in his eyes, feeling displeased.
"Thank you for taking care of my wife."
He got out of the car, opened the door, and helped Tang Li into the car.
Tang Li's affairs are fine with her husband; there's no need for other men to handle them.
Shen Qingxu was completely ignored by the couple and stood silently in place, watching the car drive away.
"Do you know Shen Qingxu?" Lu Jianshen suddenly asked, feeling a little aggrieved.
He didn't expect that the friend Tang Li mentioned would be Shen Qingxu; he had thought it was Yan Zhenzhen.
Tang Li nodded. "So we can say we know each other."
After his wife got into the car, Lu Jianshen noticed the wound on her back!
What happened to your back?
Lu Jianshen was worried, so he slammed on the brakes and brought the car to a steady stop on the side of the road.
Tang Li briefly explained what happened that night.
"I passed out after I was injured. When I woke up, I saw that you had called me so many times. I'm sorry for making you worry."
Lu Jianshen wasn't concerned about Tang Li not answering the phone; rather, he was concerned about the injury, which was actually related to Tang Wenshuo.
Well then, kid, don't come out!
Lu Jianshen sighed and frowned. "When we get back, I'll have the family doctor come and check it out to see if there's any infection and how deep the wound is."
Tang Li felt that the wound on her back was not very deep. She did not feel much pain. She had just fainted at the time, and when she woke up, it had already been bandaged up. There was no need to take it off again to check.
"I should be fine, you don't need to worry."
Lu Jianshen was still worried.
Tang Li could only say, "I finally managed to bandage this wound, and if you take it off again, it will be even harder for it to heal."
Lu Jianshen thought about it and agreed that it made sense.
"Then you shouldn't go to work for the next couple of days, especially since the wound on your back might be uncomfortable even when you sleep. I'll come and take a look when you change the dressing tomorrow."
Tang Li nodded. To avoid putting pressure on her wound, she could only sleep on her stomach and couldn't lie down yet.
Even taking a shower before bed is a struggle.
"Damn Tang Wenshuo!"
As Tang Li wiped her body, she cursed Tang Wenshuo, wishing him a terrible death.
His mind was so despicable that he actually thought of using women to bribe company executives!
And what about his claim that he wished he had died in the car accident five years ago? Did Tang Nanquan actually say that?
For some reason, Tang Li is increasingly suspicious that these words were spoken by Tang Nanquan.
Otherwise, Tang Wenshuo wouldn't have blurted out that sentence out of nowhere.
Tang Nanquan had already thought of killing her; what a good father!
Lu Jianshen brought over the anti-inflammatory medicine for Tang Li and said, "I've already asked a lawyer to handle this matter. Tang Wenshuo won't be out for at least six months."
However, there was something else on his mind, and if he didn't figure it out, he might not be able to sleep tonight.
Why are you at Shen Qingxu's house today?
Lu Jianshen was trying his best to control himself and not focus too much on this issue. The most important thing now was Tang Li's injury.
But for some reason, he couldn't help thinking about this, especially the scene of Shen Qingxu helping Tang Li out.
He found it particularly irritating!
That's his own wife, why didn't she contact him immediately after the accident?
Tang Li saw deep suspicion and distrust in his eyes.
Tang Li was quite frank, "I was knocked unconscious at the time and couldn't contact you. I happened to run into Shen Qingxu. I had met him briefly before, so we knew each other."

Lu Jianshen was very jealous. He could clearly feel that Shen Qingxu's gaze towards his wife was too passionate.

Tang Li nodded. "I'll explain later when I have the chance; this matter is a bit complicated."
Around 2 a.m. that night, Tang Li received a phone call from her father.
On the other end of the phone, Tang Nanquan was uncharacteristically crying and making a scene, demanding that Tang Li go to the police station immediately to sign a letter of understanding, and that her brother should not be allowed to stay in the police station for even a second longer.
"Dad, you know what he did, and you're just asking me to sign a letter of forgiveness?"
Tang Li sneered, wondering if Tang Wenshuo would have to take the blame for any murders or arson he committed in the future.
Tang Nanquan said firmly, "No matter what he did, he is still your brother. You should forgive him. You are his sister. You should be tolerant of him and protect him!"
In the silent night, Tang Nanquan's voice was particularly jarring, each word clearly audible.
