Chapter Ninety-Two: Operation Butterfly Dance

Tsk, really.

Su frowned, said nothing more, and silently pondered what to do about the matter.

Since Mu Qingyun did this, she must have her reasons. Although he was very unhappy that Kazel knew, he wouldn't ask any more questions since she didn't want to say.

He subconsciously reached into his sleeve and touched the communicator hidden there. It seemed he had no choice but to go find the doctor.

"I'm going out for a bit." He lowered his eyes and walked outside as he spoke.

Watching him leave, Kazel smiled faintly. This group of people was amazing; they didn't seem to have any particular connection with each other, but their relationship was as close as family.

Although Su Qiluo is a rather easygoing person, the military academy has strict rules, and if he insists on helping, he will definitely have to pay some price.

"No, I have to go find Brother Mu, I have to help him." Xiong Ruoyou rubbed her red and swollen eyes, her vision was already blurry, but she still forced herself to stay awake and wanted to help.

"Forget it, go and look at your eyes properly. I'm going to help Brother Mu." Fan Xuan Ye glanced at her and couldn't help but frown.

"I actually..."

Before she could finish speaking, Fan Xuanye turned and walked outside.

“…Okay.” Xiong Ruoyou finished speaking, but when she looked up, Fan Xuanye had already disappeared.

"I'll get you some water to put on your eyes." Kazel looked at her, pointed to her swollen, peach-like eyes, and couldn't help but chuckle.

"Thank you." She squinted at Kazel in front of her, feeling a real headache coming on, and closed her eyes.

Her swollen eyes not only made it difficult for her to see clearly, but also caused her discomfort and pain. From now on, she will never cry at night again; it's too much suffering for her.

...

"call--"

As he threw the last ball of fire from his hand, Mu Qingyun clenched his fist, a wave of drowsiness rising from his dantian and engulfing his entire body.

The superpower could no longer be activated; the red light in his right hand flickered a few times before returning to complete stillness.

But there were still five virtual creatures gathered together in front of them.

Kazel possesses a kind of "coke" that attracts virtual creatures, which she wears specifically to draw them in.

Taking a deep breath, she took out a musket and a laser gun from her storage bag and held them in her hands, looking at the five virtual creatures in front of her who were hesitating whether to go forward.

It's alright, she doesn't have superpowers, but she still has weapons.

With her left hand gripping the musket and her right hand gripping the laser gun, she simultaneously activated the main switches for both weapons, lightly tapped her toes, and swiftly fired at the virtual creatures.

She moved close to the tiger standing at the very front, aimed the musket at its eye with her left hand, and suddenly pressed the button on the musket!

"Roar—" An angry roar came, the tiger's eyes were burned, which was even more painful for it than its vital spot.

As the tiger screamed, the remaining four virtual creatures rushed forward and attacked her all at once.

A slight sound came from behind her. Before she could turn her head, she pressed the button on her right laser gun and fired at the other virtual creatures.

"careful!"

Some of the familiar sounds came from the sky.

She looked up and saw a butterfly with beautiful wings spread out, reaching out to hug her shoulders. With flapping wings, it carried her into the sky.

"Put me down." She frowned, looked down at the four virtual creatures that were staring at her and roaring, and struggled slightly.

She can't just leave like this, there are four of them.

"Are you crazy? I saw you when I was getting water this morning. You've been fighting all this time and haven't rested yet?" Butterfly Dance flapped its wings, but didn't leave. It just hovered above the four virtual creatures.

"I'm fine, thank you for your kindness, I need to defeat them." She didn't move anymore, but patiently spoke to Butterfly Dance.

However, after hearing her words, Butterfly Dance had no intention of letting her go. "Really, is it necessary for you to work so hard? There's still a long time ahead, why rush things?"

"Please put me down." She became anxious as the four virtual creatures were about to leave.

"Alright, alright, stop moving, I'll help you." Butterfly Dance was getting a headache from Mu Qingyun's struggles, and sighed helplessly, flapping her beautiful wings sharply.

Holding Butterfly Dance, Mu Qingyun swooped down, listening to the whistling wind in her ears. She swung the laser gun in her right hand and slammed it at the virtual creature.

Butterfly Dance must also be someone with combat experience; the angle and direction behind her change with her movements.

Because Butterfly Dance is fast enough and adapts well to her, she feels as if she has grown a pair of wings out of thin air.

"roar--"

The virtual creature roared, stood up, and lunged at her.

Before she could say anything, Butterfly Dance had already quickly flown upwards, dodging the attack.

"Its head."

Staring coldly at the creatures, she put away her laser gun and drew a dagger from her waist.

Butterfly Dance understood her meaning, spread her wings, hugged her tightly, and suddenly turned sideways to fly towards the virtual creature.

"Release," she said quickly. The instant Butterfly Dance released her grip, she turned slightly, and the dagger, carrying her weight, stabbed towards the virtual creature's head.

No blood spurted out; the virtual creature turned into golden sand, and at the same time, the number above her head increased by one.

"They're here!"

Just as the other virtual creatures were about to attack, Butterfly Dance arrived in time, grabbed her, and instantly flew into the sky, dodging the other virtual creatures.

There are three left.

She twirled the dagger in her hand, aimed it at the neck of a virtual creature, and suddenly flung it away.

With a swift, swift motion, the dagger plunged deep into the neck of the virtual creature, and with a muffled groan of pain, another one was taken down.

"Trouble. Fly between those two virtual creatures." She took out her laser gun again and pressed the button.

Butterfly Dance responded, first spreading her wings and flying a distance along the horizontal line to attract the attention of the two creatures, then suddenly rushing over with her.

The laser gun flashed with alternating red and green light. She raised her right hand, dodged, and the laser gun pierced the head of a creature.

She pressed the power off button, turned her hand, and put the laser gun away. At that moment, Butterfly Dance flew up and then swooped down.

It seems like it's regaining some energy.

Clenching his right hand, the remaining energy caused it to glow red. He activated his power, and a fireball shot out from his hand.

The flames blinded the virtual creature, and with the force of Butterfly Dance's downward charge, she activated the laser gun and pierced the virtual creature's head.

It was a success.

Butterfly Dance fluttered its wings and breathed a sigh of relief. Its wings flapped slowly, and it landed steadily on the ground with Mu Qingyun.

"Phew, I'm exhausted. Luckily you're quite light, otherwise I definitely wouldn't have been able to last this long."
