The person who arrived was Xu Xiangyang. He walked up with his luggage and greeted him, "Dr. Li, Xiaobai."
Little White recognized him and ran over, wagging its tail. "Xiangyang, you're back!"
"You've grown even stronger." Xu Xiangyang squatted down and rubbed Xiaobai's head. He hadn't seen the black dog for a year and missed it quite a bit.
Little White doesn't like people saying it's fat, but it likes people praising it for being strong. It happily raises its head and licks the big hand that's stroking its head.
After the man and dog finished catching up, Xu Xiangyang stood up and looked at Li Xiyue, his eyes sparkling, "Are you alright?"
Li Xiyue nodded and congratulated her, "Congratulations on becoming a platoon leader."
He distinguished himself on the front lines and has been promoted to platoon leader, making him the fastest-promoted recruit among his cohort.
Xu Xiangyang smiled and replied, "Thank you."
A year has passed, and he has become thinner and darker, but his eyes are bright and determined, and he exudes a mature and steady aura.
