Chapter 27 Crushing

Tyfas, who was standing next to Taylor, looked at the warrior and giant wolf made of mud with some surprise, his eyes full of curiosity. He didn't expect that his elemental wizard friend had such a wide range of interests.

Hearing Taifas's exclamation, Taylor smiled happily. Anyone would feel happy to see others praising the fruits of their labor.

The two of them were chatting and laughing while surrounded by six magical beasts. They didn't feel the slightest bit of alertness towards the danger, or even the slightest bit of nervousness, as if they were already used to it.

Their behavior is normal. The patrol mission has been going on for nearly a month, and they have seen such situations seven or eight times.

Taifas' nose twitched, and he felt the six monsters move a few steps closer to them, and spoke with a smile.

"Old rules?"

Taylor snapped his fingers, and the two elemental puppets pounced towards the two tigers lying in ambush on the side. He said affirmatively.

"Old rules!"

Taylor mobilized the magic power in his body and created a crescent wind blade that flew out from his fingertips and rushed straight towards the two snake monsters hanging on the tree. While the two poisonous snakes dodged, he shot out several fireballs and smashed the snake monsters' heads.

Taifas instantly changed into combat form. His robe was bulging with the raised crocodile scales, his eyes turned into vertical pupils, his nose flapped wildly, and his hands all turned into tentacles and collided with a tall ground armored bear.

The two huge beasts collided with each other and fell violently. The ground was shaking slightly. The surrounding woods rustled and leaves flew around them. The ground bear swung its huge paws and slammed the thick scales on Taifas' back. Taifas was not under control at all. His hands turned into tentacles and wrapped around the ground bear's neck, trying to use the ground bear's facial features as a breakthrough point.

A bright yellow light emerged from the body of the Ground Bear. The earth element condensed into a block of earth to stop the spreading tentacles. A spike suddenly shot out from the ground. After Taifas dodged it, he immediately bent down to gather strength. The tentacles in his hand condensed into a long whip, and he stepped heavily on the Ground Bear's abdomen with the whip, whipping it away.

The green-haired monkey swinging on the tree trunk had been dealt with by Taylor using a cloud of black mist and several wind blades.

After easily defeating his opponent, Taylor leisurely found a broken wooden stake and sat down to watch his elemental puppet fight the two tigers.

A giant wolf of earth element, whose body is condensed by earth element, has started fighting with a tiger with two tails. The two are fighting in the most primitive and exciting way, biting and clawing each other, and using all the organs they can use to tear the enemy's body.

Every time the giant earth elemental wolf opened its mouth wide, it could tear off a large piece of flesh and blood from the tiger. The tiger roared madly, and every time it opened its bloody mouth, it could only tear off clods of earth that were tasteless and choking.

After fighting for a while, the giant earth wolf was still a body made of earth, and its claws and teeth were made of sharp and solid rock blades. However, as its opponent, the two-tailed tiger was now covered in blood, one of its eyes had been blinded, and there was a huge bite mark next to its throat. If it had shifted a few inches to the left, it would have been dead.

“Roar…”

Looking at the monster opposite him that could not be killed, bitten, or crushed, and could constantly regenerate itself, a trace of fear flashed in the tiger's eyes. It had never seen such a monster before. This was the first and last time it would encounter such a terrifying thing.

The two-tailed tiger couldn't help but roar for mercy, and the roar was filled with fear and terror.

However, the giant earth elemental wolf could not understand the emotions or meaning behind the roar. It was just an elemental puppet without emotions.

The giant earth elemental wolf pounced on the tiger again, and finally tore its head apart in front of the tiger's desperate eyes, pulled the entire spine out of the corpse, and placed it in front of Taylor who was watching the show.

He stretched out his hand and sucked the core of the elemental puppet from the body of the earth elemental wolf and held it in his palm. Taylor gave his own evaluation of this battle.

But it is really practical.

Sensing that the elemental puppet core in his palm was slowly recovering its magic power reserves, Taylor felt that the elemental puppet was still very useful.

Elemental puppets are very effective against brainless creatures or some low-intelligence monsters. Without destroying the core of the elemental puppet, they can defeat the enemy across a small number of levels.

If the elemental puppets are so powerful, then what kind of incredible power does the puppet construct, which is said to be only completed by wizards and is constructed from hundreds of witchcraft runes and made of the most powerful and sturdy wizard-made alloy, have? It really makes people curious and eager.

On the other side, the armored warrior formed by the earth element also defeated his opponent, a disabled tiger with three eyes and the eye between its eyebrows dug out.

The disabled tiger was pierced by the granite spear held by the mud-armored warrior. Taylor walked up to the tiger, opened the hole on its forehead, and reached out his hand to pat the disabled tiger's fat face.

"I gave you a chance at that time, and told you to get out of here, but you didn't use it."

After hearing Taylor's words and disability, the tiger said nothing, but its breathing frequency was gradually decreasing. It was really too weak.

After exhaling a long breath, the tiger's abdomen no longer felt as invigorated as before. It had already exhaled its last breath.

Seeing the disabled tiger's eyes lose their luster, Taylor didn't want to compete with the tiger. He casually took out a transparent magic core from his head and left.

For physically enhanced magical beasts, their magic cores usually do not have specific elements, but tend to be a transparent, attributeless magic core. This kind of magic core is not very useful and is usually used as fuel for some kind of witchcraft props.

Looking at the many attributeless magic cores he had collected in his hands and the laboratory, Taylor always felt that this thing was very similar to the zombie skull crystals he had collected in another dimension.

After ordering the mud-armored warriors to take out the poison sacs and magic cores of two snake monsters not far away, Taylor discovered that one of the two snakes had fire attributes, and the other had a rare ice attribute.

A fiery red shadow flew across the sky, and a little bird landed on Taylor's shoulder, staring at the fire-attributed venomous snake magic core with its little eyes, its little eyes filled with great desire.

Noticing Dom's pleading eyes, Taylor smiled slightly and handed the red magic core in his hand to Dom.

"Here you go little one."

Dom chirped happily and put the magic core in his hand into his stomach.
