Chapter 237 Delivery

Maureen was leaning against the carriage, quietly looking at the scenery outside the window.

"Orpheus is dead, and from now on, the Olivia family will be extinct." Maureen narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Now that this matter is over, it's time to head to other wizard organizations."

"After all, the things in other wizarding organizations are also quite valuable to me."

Maureen thought about it and laughed.

"Change direction, we're going to the Principality of Scorea." Morin said lightly.

"Yes, my Lord, your will will be carried out."

The old butler's voice rang out outside the carriage.

The carriage changed direction and headed in another direction. Morin and his companions' purpose had changed.

There are several wizard organizations in the Principality of Scorea, they are the White Wizard Organizations. Morin obtained a lot of wizard information from those wizard organizations and gained a lot.

Of course, Maureen dealt with some things as well.

The wizard organization Hard Castle is located in the Principality of Scorea. When Morin came to the door, the wizards of Hard Castle chose to trade. Morin saw that the wizard in charge of Hard Castle was Oris, and Mace, who had become an official wizard.

Mace was his former senior. Unfortunately, Adrian died because of Mace.

Morin did not accept the deal. He revealed his true snake form and killed everyone in Hard Castle, including the wizards inside and the high-ranking knights who were responsible for guarding the castle.

The fire was burning, blue smoke was rising from the ground, ruined buildings were standing there, and huge pieces of rubble fell to the ground from time to time, making loud noises.

Morin retracted his snake-like body and turned back into a human form. He looked at the ruined Hard Castle and thought of the dead Adrian. His eyelids drooped slightly and he remained silent.

When Morin turned to leave, the endless flames appeared again and burned even more violently, as if to burn everything around it completely.

Maureen took a temporary rest in a small town. There was a pharmacy in the town. The owner of the pharmacy was a woman, very young and beautiful. The medicine she made was very effective, so many people went there.

Both the pharmacy and the young woman in the pharmacy touched the hearts of many people.

"Huh?" Morin was slightly surprised because he noticed some familiar production techniques in the potion he bought from the innkeeper.

Without much hesitation, Morin got up and left the hotel, walked along the street, and came to the outside of the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is not big, but the environment is very quiet. There is a faint scent of medicine floating in the air, which makes people feel refreshed.

When Maureen entered the pharmacy, he saw the owner of the pharmacy.

"Winnie." Maureen was surprised and raised her eyebrows.

"You are...Maureen! Maureen!"

Winnie was pounding herbs with her head down. She looked up and saw Maureen, and her body trembled.

"It's really you, Maureen. When you suddenly disappeared, my mentor and I thought something had happened to you and you died." Winnie quickly put down what she was holding and ran over. Her face was full of excitement.

"No, it was just a little accident." Morin shook his head.

Maureen and Winnie chatted briefly for a while, and then they had dinner together. Winnie is a good cook, and Maureen felt a little nostalgic when she ate Winnie's cooking again.

After dinner, Winnie took Maureen into a small room.

Maureen was very familiar with the layout of the room, because this was what Adrian's laboratory looked like. There were many portraits hanging on the walls of the room, depicting various things in Adrian's daily life. In the center of the room, there was an urn.

"These are the mentor's ashes."

Winnie walked forward and gently touched the urn. She spoke in a low voice with a look of deep emotion, "Back then, after those accidents happened and my mentor died, I collected his ashes, left the Dark Forest, and settled down in this small town."

"Actually, Morin, you know, I really want to avenge my mentor. Although I am very weak and only a second-class apprentice, I can always kill some wizard apprentices in Hard Castle. This is always good, even if it means death, right?"

"I want to do this."

Winnie suddenly turned her head and looked at Morin, saying, "But the mentor asked me to live. He told me to leave the Dark Forest and live a peaceful and simple life."

“So I came here.”

Dark Forest, Hard Castle, Adrian, Mace...

As Winnie spoke, she sighed silently in her heart.

She closed her eyes and tears rolled down from the corners of her eyes.

"Teacher, I'm very pleased to know you did this." Morin nodded. Everyone in Hard Castle was killed by him. This was really good.

"Um."

Winnie nodded vigorously.

Adrian regarded her as his daughter, and at the last moment of his life, what he hoped most was that Winnie would be safe. Maureen understood this, and Winnie knew this, so she did this.

After staying in this small town for a few days, Maureen decided to leave because there was no need for him to stay any longer.

Winnie came to see Maureen off. She gave Maureen some food she had made herself and talked to Maureen briefly for a while.

"Winnie, actually, you don't have to stay in this small town all the time. Go somewhere else, such as Emilia in the west, or go to the Wizarding Academy Alliance." Morin thought about it and couldn't help but say.

"No need, Maureen, really."

Winnie laughed. Her laugh was gentle, but extremely firm.

She spent the first half of her life in the dark forest, and the second half in this small town. Everyone has something to endure and carry, and Winnie is already tired. She needs quiet in the days to come, and this small town is undoubtedly a good place.

Maureen didn't say anything else. He said goodbye to Winnie, left the town, and continued to go to other wizarding organizations.

A few months later, Morin began his journey back home. He asked the chip to design the nearest route based on the map, and then began to return along this route.

After some time, Maureen returned to Emilia and returned to the Wizarding Academy Union.

"There is nothing left for me to explore in the entire Parsis subcontinent. It is time for me to leave."

In the room, Maureen looked at the dark night sky outside the window and muttered to himself.

He has collected all the precious witchcraft knowledge and all the rare witchcraft materials in the entire Parsis subcontinent. For Maureen, staying in the Parsis subcontinent any longer would be a waste of his time.

The next day, Morin went to the Gaohuan White Tower and found the old wizard there.

"Young wizard, here you are."

The old wizard was still sweeping the floor outside the tower where the books were stored. When Maureen appeared in front of the tower, the old wizard stopped sweeping and stood up straight.

"I'll come get the things." said Morin.

"Ahem." The old wizard coughed twice, put down his broom, took out a sheepskin scroll from his arms, and said, "It's all here. It's all here. All my witchcraft knowledge and my understanding of second-level wizards, as well as the method I have explored for hundreds of years on how to leave the Parsis subcontinent, are all on this sheepskin scroll."

Morin did not reach out to take it immediately. A faint blue light flashed in his eyes, and he was letting the chip scan the parchment scroll.

After hearing the voice coming from the chip in his mind, Morin reached out and took the parchment scroll.

"Thank you," he said.

"Young wizard, I hope you can really leave here, leave the Parsis subcontinent, and go to a world that truly belongs to wizards."

The old wizard looked at Morin's back as he turned and left, and suddenly shouted.

He was hunched over and coughing continuously, but for some reason, a look of regret appeared on his face.
