In the next two days, Xia He continued to practice martial arts as usual.
Early in the morning of the third day, the emperor's order finally came down.
As expected, the names of Xia He, Liu Rushuang and Tie Zhan were on the list, and they were all appointed as captains and went to war with the army.
However, the position of commander-in-chief did not fall to any of them, but was taken by a general transferred from the neighboring Mingzhou.

Gu Changfeng looked solemn, and bowed slightly, saying:
"General Xia, I am sorry to bother you. I know that you will be leaving for Youzhou tomorrow, and I don't know when you will be back, so I came to ask you a favor."
Xia He raised his eyebrows when he heard this, and became even more confused:
"Oh? I wonder what Master Gu needs my help with?"
Gu Changfeng glanced at Gu Qingyi beside him, sighed, and said slowly:
