The Buddhas exchanged glances, and then Amitabha Buddha said, "What the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have said is correct. Right now, it is indeed inappropriate for the Buddhist disciples of the mortal world of Xiniu Hezhou to continue to fight against the Western Heaven Palace."
Vairocana Buddha did not speak, but sat cross-legged on the lotus platform with his eyes slightly closed. However, his silence was already the best expression.
Next came the Vajra Indestructible Buddha. He glanced at all the Buddhas and said, "Here is a question. What if the Heavenly Court and the Daoist sect join forces and attack our Buddhist sect in Jambudvīpa?"
"Then we must also ensure that nothing goes wrong in the Western Heaven Palace," Maitreya Buddha said. "The Western Heaven Palace directly controls Xiniu Hezhou, and Xiniu Hezhou is the foundation of our Buddhist sect. No matter how the situation changes in the future, if the Heavenly Court really does intervene to help the Taoist sect, it will be in Jambudvīpa. Losing some Buddhist lands is not a big deal, but Xiniu Hezhou must not be lost."
The Vajra Indestructible Buddha asked Maitreya Buddha, "How will the Buddha ensure that nothing goes wrong in the Western Niu He Continent or the Western Heaven Palace?"
Maitreya Buddha smiled and said, "Have you forgotten, Vajra Indestructible Buddha, that Fang Jian once proposed to form a Buddhist Association with my Buddhist sect?"
When Vajra Indestructible Buddha heard this, he immediately understood, nodded, and stopped talking.
Finally, Vairocana Buddha spoke up and said, "Since the Buddha Maitreya has already made a plan, we will obey his instructions."
With the Buddha Vairocana giving in, the highest Buddhist conference finally ended, and the matters of Xitianfu and Xiniu Hezhou were finally concluded.
The Buddhas then reported this proposal to the Tathagata Buddha, who then opened his eyes and said, "Since you have reached an agreement, let's proceed accordingly."
"It's just..." said the Buddha Dipankara, "Who should we send to discuss this with Master Hongqing?"
The Tathagata Buddha smiled and picked up a flower. He turned to Guanyin Bodhisattva and said, "Venerable Guanyin, are you willing to go to the Western Paradise?"
Upon hearing this, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva bowed and said, "Disciple, I will faithfully follow my Buddhist teachings."

After wiping out the last remnants of the Great Sun Sect, Fang Jian immediately withdrew his divine power and returned to the Baituo Palace in the Western Heaven Prefecture.
Just as he returned to the Hongde Hall of Baituo Heavenly Palace, he heard the heavenly soldiers coming to report that Guanyin Bodhisattva of the South China Sea had arrived outside the Heavenly Palace.
Fang Jian was very surprised by the arrival of Guanyin Bodhisattva, but he had a good relationship with Guanyin Bodhisattva, so he went out to greet her in person.
Guanyin Bodhisattva is still dressed the same way, wearing a moon-white glazed robe, a golden lotus crown of the Three Treasures on her head, a mutton-fat jade bottle in her left palm, and a flower-picking finger on her right hand. She looks solemn, divine, and pure.
Fang Jian stepped forward and bowed, saying, "Fang Jian pays homage to the Bodhisattva Guanyin."
After the ceremony, Fang Jian smiled at Guanyin and said, "How come Guanyin Bodhisattva is not watching sharks in the South China Sea? Why did you have time to come to my Western Paradise?"
Guanyin Bodhisattva was stunned for a moment, then looked at Fang Jian and said, "Fang Jian, you can say anything. What's the matter? In your mind, do I just watch sharks every day in the South China Sea?"
"Are you going to watch whales?" Fang Jian asked curiously.
Guanyin Bodhisattva glared at him and said, "Nonsense."
Fang Jian chuckled, then bowed and said, "The arrival of the Great Bodhisattva Guanyin in the Western Heaven Palace truly brings glory to this humble Baituo Heavenly Palace. Great Bodhisattva Guanyin, please come in."
Guanyin then landed on the ground and nodded towards Fang Jian, saying, "Your Majesty, please."
Fang Jian was stunned when he heard the name, and then he saw the teasing smile on Guanyin's face. He immediately burst into laughter, and then he entered the Baituo Heavenly Palace with Guanyin and entered the Hongde Hall.
Fang Jian first invited Guanyin Bodhisattva to take the seat, and then ordered the heavenly soldiers to serve spiritual tea.
After drinking a cup of spiritual tea, Fang Jian asked Guanyin, "Great Bodhisattva Guanyin has come to the Western Paradise. I wonder what advice you have for me?"
"It's not so much about giving you advice." Guanyin Bodhisattva put down his teacup and said with a smile, "It's just that I, the humble monk, have a very important matter to discuss with you, following the command of the Buddha."
