Immediately, four fairies turned around and led the way. Fang Jian and his three companions walked into the Taiwei Yuqing Palace. Led by the fairies, they arrived outside the main hall of the Taiwei Yuqing Palace, the 'Taiwei Hall'.
At this time, Yao Ji, the middle servant who had been waiting outside the palace, came forward in her official robes, holding a whisk, and bowed, saying, "Your servant Yao Ji from the Taiwei Yuqing Palace pays homage to the Four Emperors of Lingxiao."

After saying this, Yao Ji bowed and extended her hand, saying, "Please invite the Four Emperors of Lingxiao to follow me into the palace to meet the Jade Emperor."

So everyone followed Yao Ji into the Taiwei Hall. As soon as they entered the hall, they felt an aura that was both grand and vast, yet subtle and distant, enveloping the hall.
Fang Jian and the other three looked up and saw the Jade Emperor, smiling, sitting high on the Jade Pure Lotus. His figure was majestic and towering over the heavens.
The Jade Emperor has changed back into the appearance of 'Zhang Youren', standing on the lower left side of the Jade Emperor, wearing a jade-white robe, a lotus crown on his head, a handsome face and long beard, and an elegant and graceful image of a Confucian scholar.
The Five Imperial Emperors and the Two Principles Emperor stand on the right side of the Jade Emperor, followed in order by the Purple Star Emperor, the Southern Pole Eternal Life Emperor, the Earthly God Hou Tu, the Gou Chen Emperor, the Juntian Emperor, the incarnation of the Nine Heavens Mysterious Lady 'Yu Luan', the King of the East, and the Queen Mother of the West.
After the Jade Emperor came out of the Three Pure Ones Realm, he lifted the seal that Yangmei Patriarch had placed on Ziwei Emperor and Taishang Laojun, freeing the two.
Fang Jian and the other three walked to the center of the Taiwei Hall, suppressed their excitement, and bowed to the Jade Emperor in unison, saying, "Your servant Fang Jian (Erlang Shen, Nezha, and Sun Wukong) pays homage to the Jade Emperor and respectfully wishes him endless happiness and longevity."
"Stand up." The Jade Emperor spoke.
The four of them bowed again and said, "Thank you, Jade Emperor." Then they stood up and went to pay their respects to the Five Imperial Emperors, the King of the East, and the Queen Mother of the West.
After the seven great emperors replied by standing up, the Jade Emperor raised his hand and pointed towards the left corridor of the Taiwei Hall. Fang Jian and the other three immediately bowed and kowtowed, then walked to the left side of the Jade Emperor in turn, and stood in the left corridor of the hall in the order of Fang Jian, Erlang Shen, Nezha, and Sun Wukong.

The Jade Emperor looked at Zhang Youren and said, "Will you return to the human world and enjoy your life?"
Zhang Youren shook his head and said, "Your Majesty, the Jade Emperor, I wish to return to my original position."
The Jade Emperor asked, "Fellow Daoist, have you made up your mind?"
Zhang Youren said, "I have made up my mind. I beg the Great Heavenly Venerable to grant my blessing."
"Okay." The Jade Emperor nodded slightly, then raised his hand and pointed at Zhang Youren. Zhang Youren immediately turned into a ray of jade fairy light and flew into the center of the Jade Emperor's eyebrows.
As Zhang Youren turned into a ray of immortal light and returned to the body of the Jade Emperor, it meant that there would no longer be Zhang Youren, the incarnation of the Jade Emperor, in the world from now on.
At this time, Fang Jian stepped forward, holding a jade sceptre, and bowed, saying, "I report to the Jade Emperor, the Great Celestial Venerable. During the Great Tribulation, the Jade Emperor bestowed upon me the title of 'Tai Su Dao Zhen Xuan Tian Pu Hua Emperor,' so that I could devote all my efforts to quelling the Great Tribulation and bringing peace to all living beings. He also entrusted me with the 'Heavenly Dao Treasure Scroll'. Now that the Great Tribulation has ended and all living beings have been brought to peace, I shall return the Heavenly Dao Treasure Scroll and request that the Great Celestial Venerable revoke my title of Emperor."
Upon hearing this, Erlang Shen and the other two immediately stepped forward and bowed, saying, "We ask the Great Celestial Venerable to revoke the title of Emperor."
The Jade Emperor smiled and said, "Your four beloved ministers were granted the title of Emperor. How can it be changed from one day to the next? If you were to confer titles one day and then strip them of them, where would the dignity of Heaven be? Moreover, during the Great Tribulation, when the gods and immortals were in seclusion to avoid the calamity, you four beloved ministers bravely stepped forward and led the Heavenly Army to pacify all living beings and end the Great Tribulation. Your achievements are so great that they have spread across the Three Realms and your names are known throughout the heavens. You deserve this title of Emperor. Please do not decline it. As for the Heavenly Dao Treasure Scroll, I will take it back for now and will bestow it upon you during the Grand Court Assembly."
Fang Jian and the other three bowed and said, "We thank the Jade Emperor for his great grace."
