Then Lu Lingyu bid farewell to Fang Jian, turned around and left Lingtian, and walked straight towards Li Lingshuang and the other three girls.
Seven days later, Li Lingshuang and the other three girls practiced the "Righteous Way Sword Technique to Purify the Heart and Exorcise Evils" one after another and successfully reshaped their Dao hearts. On the eighth day, after reshaping their Dao hearts, the five girls came to Fang Jian's thatched cottage to thank him.

Everyone drank the spiritual tea in their cups, and then Fang Jian officially spoke: "Five fellow Daoists, although you have rebuilt your Dao hearts, there are countless cultivators in this Giant Tomb City who are even more miserable than you, suffering inhumane abuse. Five fellow Daoists, when you look back on the suffering you have endured in the past, don't you feel a trace of anger? Don't you have the slightest rage that wants to completely reduce this Giant Tomb City to ashes?"
When the five girls heard this, their faces suddenly darkened. They looked at each other and said in unison, "Yes!"
Fang Jian asked again, "If it's just the five of you, can you destroy this Giant Tomb City?"
The five women shook their heads and said, "No."
Fang Jian nodded and said, "Yes, we can't. So if we want revenge, to destroy this Giant Tomb City and the evil gods within it, we must strengthen our own strength. And for those fellow Taoists who are suffering a tragic fate, we should save them and unite with them to destroy this evil Giant Tomb City!"
When the five women heard this, their blood boiled and their chests filled with anger. All their rage towards those evil gods and evildoers was aroused.

Fang Jian nodded and said, "That's right, but we don't have a headmaster or a clan leader here. Instead, it's more like an alliance, where everyone is equal and calls each other 'fellow Taoists'."
Bai Chuping asked, "Fellow Daoist Fang, what should our... organization be called?"
Fang Jian asked in return, "What do you think it should be called?"
The five girls immediately started discussing. Li Lingshuang suggested calling it "Righteous Alliance", but Lu Lingyu objected, saying that the name was too big.
Xu Baiyin said it should be called "Justice Society", but was refuted by Bai Chuping, who said that the name was too cliché.
Fang Qiuhe suggested that since everyone had practiced the "Righteous Path, Purifying the Heart, and Exorcising Evil Sword Technique" given by Fang Jian, why not call this organization the "Exorcising Society."
But this name was refuted by Li Lingshuang, saying that the name "Exorcism Society" was too simple and inappropriate.

The five women were immediately overjoyed, and then Fang Jian defined and determined the organizational structure of "Zizaitian". Zizaitian is an alliance, in which there are no high or low positions, only different responsibilities for affairs.
In Zizai Heaven, the one who holds the highest authority and responsibility for affairs is the 'Chief Deacon'. Under the Chief Deacon are nine Grand Deacons, and below the Grand Deacons are the 'Deacons'. Anyone who is approved by the 'Grand Deacon Council' of Zizai Heaven can become a Deacon of Zizai Heaven.
Those living beings who join the Heaven but do not become its servants are collectively called "celestial beings".
Finally, Fang Jian was elected as the "chief deacon" of Zizaitian, and appointed five women as great deacons. He also convened the first Zizaitian General Deacon Conference, which established two objectives:
First, Zizaitian is divided into three organizations, from top to bottom, they are the "General Deacons' Assembly", "Grand Deacons' Council", and "Deacons' Council". As long as there are five deacons together, they can form a Deacons' Council.
Second, the purpose of Zizai Tian: Zizai Tian adheres to the righteous path of virtue, upholds the righteous law of heaven and earth, and aims to punish evil and promote good, ward off evil and eliminate demons, and save all suffering beings in the three realms from the sea of suffering.
At the end of the general deacon meeting, Fang Jian drew his Ruyi Sword and placed it down before me. The five women drew their own Qinggang swords and placed them on Fang Jian's Ruyi Sword. Finally, Fang Jian announced, "I now declare that Zizai Tian is officially established. Everyone, we are fellow Taoists."
