The Five Heavenly Emperors have become the Four Heavenly Emperors again. I wish you to be the new Five Heavenly Emperors and assist me in ruling the Three Realms."
Upon hearing this, Fang Jian did not refuse, but bowed and said, "Thanks to the trust of the Great Heavenly Venerable, it is not inappropriate for me to serve as the Five Heavenly Emperors. However, I think that five is not a perfect number. I ask the Great Heavenly Venerable to add six Heavenly Emperors."
"Sixth Imperial Concubine?" The Jade Emperor was slightly startled, then asked, "Who else can be the Sixth Imperial Concubine?"
Fang Jian said: "The Great Emperor Qinghua of the East, the Great Lord of the Great Compassion."
The Great Emperor Qinghua of Dongji is Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun, and Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun is the Great Emperor Qinghua of Dongji.
The Jade Emperor nodded. Now that no one was willing to share his authority, the entire power of Heaven was in the hands of the Jade Emperor. So after pondering for a moment, he nodded and said, "Okay, then let's add the Six Imperial Guards."
On the mid-autumn day of the 373rd year of the Jade Emperor's reign, the sound of jade chimes resounded throughout the heavens, and the grand court meeting officially began.
Within the Three Realms, all the Taoists, Buddhists, demons, and monsters came to Daluo Heaven to participate in the grand court assembly in heaven to enfeoff the fifth and sixth emperors.
The Lingxiao Palace is majestic and magnificent. After the Hunyuan Wuda Daluo Jinxian, Daluo Jinxian, Emperors, gods and immortals have paid homage to the Jade Emperor, they each return to their positions in the immortal class to the chanting of Taibai Jinxing.

Afterwards, the two of them flew up to the sky, sat on equal footing with the Four Great Emperors, and accepted the worship of the immortals and gods in the Lingxiao Palace.
The Great Emperor Qinghua of the Eastern Pole and Fang Jian said: "All the immortals, please stand."
"Thank you, Great Emperor Qinghua of Dongji, and thank you, Great Emperor Hongqing." All the immortals and gods stood up and bowed in thanks.
Then the Jade Emperor said, "From today on, all authority within and outside the Heavenly Court will be managed by the Great Emperor Hongqing. All rewards, conquests, and wars will be decided by the Great Emperor Hongqing."
After saying this, the Jade Emperor raised his hand and sent a ray of golden light in front of Fang Jian, who immediately stood up and bowed.
The Jade Emperor said, "This is the 'Golden Seal of Creation'. It was previously held by the Purple Sky Emperor, the Nine Heavens Mysterious Lady. Now I am handing it over to you. I hope you will live up to my expectations."
Upon hearing this, Fang Jian immediately stretched out his hands to receive the Golden Seal of Creation, then bowed and said, "Your servant will faithfully obey the command of the Great Celestial Venerable. I will dedicate myself to spreading my power and virtue, so that all beings, both within and without, in the Three Realms, will submit to the divine might!"
