Nuwa said, "All immortal cultivators, including you Taoists and Buddhas, are selected by the Heavenly Court. As long as the cultivators pass the Heavenly Court's selection, they can directly enter Daluo Heaven to receive protection."
Nuwa said, "Daluo Heaven was built by the Lord of Heaven. Aside from the 'Heavenly Dao,' even I cannot destroy it, so it is capable of sheltering all living beings. Jiufang Tianye only protects the mortal beings of the Three Realms, so immortal cultivators below the level of Daluo Jinxian can only accept the protection of the Heavenly Court. When the Yuanhui is reopened, neither Yujing Mountain nor Xitian Lingshan will exist."

At this point, Taishang Laojun decisively said: "From today on, the Taoist sect will enshrine the magic weapon that suppresses destiny in the Heavenly Court as a token of loyalty and respect!"
Fang Jian nodded and said, "Okay, I, the Emperor, already know the Dao Sect's intentions."
