The maids hesitated.
Shen Zhiyi's expression was cold and angry: "Don't you guys listen to what this princess says?"
"explain!"
"We dare not deceive the princess!" The maids knelt down and said, "Lord Samus has occupied the palace and is slaughtering the royal family and nobles!"
"Especially those who once served the queen loyally. None of them will be spared!"
"Even the queen and the second princess were... were..." A maid raised her head tremblingly and said, "They were all killed."
Catalina and Shen Xiya are dead?
Shen Zhiyi was stunned.
"What about Samus?" She said anxiously, "Where is he now?"

The maids were terrified. They looked around and knelt before Shen Zhiyi, pleading in a low voice, "Princess, Lord Samuel is so unpredictable. In just two days, the palace has been flooded with blood!"
"Everyone was in a state of panic, afraid that they might say or do something wrong and lose their lives."
"My Lord values the princess."
"Now, perhaps only the princess can control him."
"Please, Princess, save the empire and save us all!"
Shen Zhiyi’s expression was solemn.
He pinched his brows and said, "What about Ian and Leo?"
"How are they now?"
The words fell.
The palace door opened silently.
A strong sense of oppression suddenly rose in the air.
Everyone turned their heads stiffly.
Samus was standing in the shadows, dressed in black, almost blending into the darkness.
He did not come in immediately, but just stood there, his cold eyes slowly sweeping over every face in the hall.
Finally, it froze on Shen Zhiyi's face.
The air seemed to freeze in an instant.
The maids immediately collapsed to the ground, their lips turning white and their teeth almost chattering.
Shen Zhiyi glanced at them.
"You guys go down first."
They glanced quickly at Samuel and saw that he was still standing there with a sullen face and said nothing. They immediately staggered away as if they had been pardoned.
There were only two of them left in the hall.
Samuel walked towards her step by step.
The black boots made a steady, clear sound and finally stopped beside her bed.
He lowered his eyes and stared at her deeply.
There was a repressed undercurrent surging in those golden pupils.
"Princess, do you still have the mind to care about others?" His voice was low, rolling across Shen Zhiyi's eardrums like gravel, and his tone was filled with anger. "It seems that I didn't try hard enough last night."
"So that you still have the leisure and energy to think about other men."
He almost gritted his teeth and blurted out these words one by one.
Shen Zhiyi pursed her lips and raised her eyes to meet his gaze.
"Let me ask you, where are they?"
Samus clenched his finger bones and leaned forward with a gloomy face.
"Dungeon."
His cold fingertips touched her cheek gently, but his eyes were filled with paranoid madness, "Everyone who touches you should die."
"Princess, how do you think I should execute them?"
Shen Zhiyi’s eyes turned cold.
He raised his hand and slapped him!
Bang——!
Samuel turned his head, a red mark appeared on his fair face. He touched his numb cheek with the tip of his tongue and suddenly smiled.
