He turned to leave.

His palm was burning hot, making her shudder.
"I...I'm going to take a shower..." Shen Zhiyi stammered, her cheeks burning the whole way, feeling a little dizzy.
Gu Lianzhou pressed his thumb against her pulse and gently rubbed it.
The words that came out were both hoarse and eager.
"good."
"I'm waiting for you."
