The visitors were two beautiful women.
They were the two women Bai Fengyu had on either side of him at the club.
"Young Master," the butler greeted Shang Zeyan, "they said they have something very important to tell you."
He covered his hand and lowered his voice.
"I've inquired about it. It concerns the company and your personal safety, which is why I made the decision to let them in."
"Please don't be offended, young master."
After saying that, he smiled at Shen Zhiyi and called her "Madam".
Shang Zeyan's face, which had just been ashen, instantly brightened.
He glanced at the butler.
The butler gave a knowing, enigmatic smile.
Shen Zhiyi shook her head helplessly.
"President Shang," the two beautiful women stood up and said respectfully.
Shang Zeyan took Shen Zhiyi's hand and sat down opposite them.
He even thoughtfully poured tea for Shen Zhiyi.
"Mr. Shang is so lucky to have married such a beautiful wife," one of the beauties said. "I heard that Miss Shen is also the granddaughter of Old Master Shen, and her family background is top-notch."
"Mr. Shang and I are truly a perfect match."
Shang Zeyan was originally the most impatient to hear these meaningless compliments.

“Bai Fengyu, Chi Yanping, Ji Xiaolian…” He slowly rolled these names over his teeth, a cold and fierce light flashing in his eyes.
After a long pause, he curled his thin lips into a sarcastic smile.
"A mob."
"Alright, I understand." He sat up and instructed the butler, "Send them out."
Shen Zhiyi held him down.
"They provided such useful intelligence, aren't you going to show your appreciation?"
These two women used to be Bai Fengyu's women.
But since they're providing intelligence so readily, it means they're just putting on an act with Bai Fengyu.
They can be turned to defect.
It might come in handy later.
At least we can help them find out about Bai Fengyu.
Shang Zeyan raised his eyebrows.
"Of course I have to listen to my wife."
"Butler, go and give each of them one of the gems I bought at auction a few days ago."
The two beauties were flattered.
"I can't accept this!"
"Hey, we're not here for any money, we're just really annoyed by that Ji Xiaolian."
"Mr. Shang and his wife, you are too kind!"
"Oh ho ho ho ho~"
The two of them kept refusing, but their steps betrayed their devotion as they followed the butler.
He wished he could kiss Shen Zhiyi a thousand times.
Such a beautiful, kind, and generous woman.
What right does Shang Zeyan have to offer him such a banquet?
