Shen Zhiyi opened the door and looked at the tall figure standing outside.
Xie Huaiyang looked like he had just jogged over; his breathing was still a little disordered, and his stray hairs covered part of his eyebrows and eyes. He approached her with a wild and sensual aura.
The moment he saw her, his gaze was like a burning flame, tangible, scalding her from head to toe.
"How could you..."
She wore a fluffy bunny pajama set, with two long ears on the brim of the hood drooping down her chest, perfectly outlining a suggestive curve.
Shen Zhiyi felt a little uncomfortable under his gaze, and her cheeks belatedly flushed red as she took a step back.
Xie Huaiyang's Adam's apple bobbed heavily as he looked away.
"What did you mean by that sentence you sent?" he asked in a hoarse voice, changing the subject.
"Huh?" Shen Zhiyi was stunned for a moment.
He came all this way just to say this?
"I accidentally pressed the wrong key..." she said softly. "I just wanted to say goodnight to you, but I'm not used to the 26-key keyboard, so I sent it before I finished typing it."
The air froze instantly.
Disappointment welled up in Xie Huaiyang's eyes, and his brilliance dimmed.
"Yeah."
Just as Mingjie said, it was an accidental touch.
It meant absolutely nothing else.
He gave a self-deprecating yet dejected smile, "Okay, baby, get some rest. I'm leaving now."
He turned away dejectedly.
Like the leaves that have fallen from the tree on the street, scattered by the wind.
Shen Zhiyi suddenly grabbed his wrist.
The warm fingertips slid slowly down his veins, brushed past his palm, and landed on the hem of his clothes.
“Xie Huaiyang…” she said softly, grabbing his arm.
Xie Huaiyang's body stiffened, his drooping head slowly lifted, he looked down at the piece of fabric that was being pulled, and turned around in disbelief.
"Baby?"
Shen Zhiyi looked up at him, her watery eyes like crystal, shimmering with a faint light.
"Didn't you say you'd come with me to practice driving once my eyes were better?"
Xie Huaiyang glanced outside the corridor.
The night was as black as ink, deep and dark.
The streets were silent, as if the whole world had fallen asleep.
He looked away, took her hand, and coaxed her softly, "It's very late now. If you want to study, go to bed early tonight."
"I'll take you to register when the driving school opens tomorrow morning."
“No… I mean…” Shen Zhiyi took a step forward, almost pressing herself against his chest, her heart pounding, her breath soft and warm as she whispered, “Right here, just the two of us…”
"Will you be my coach?"
Xie Huaiyang suddenly looked up at her, his chest heaving violently, his eyes fierce and deep, as if suppressing a storm, "Shen Zhiyi."
He almost gritted his teeth as he called out her name.
"Don't say things that will make me misunderstand. If you keep saying that, I'll think you..."
Shen Zhiyi suddenly tiptoed and quickly pecked his tightly pursed lips.
"What did you think?"
She tilted her blushing face up and looked at him softly, "Do you... still think it's a misunderstanding?"
Xie Huaiyang's mind went blank.
All the blood vessels in my body began to surge and throb violently.
He bent down and scooped her up in his arms, his strong arms bulging with muscles.
He closed the door with one foot, took two quick steps, and stepped into the master bedroom. He placed her on the soft bedding, braced himself with his arms, and held her firmly in place.
"So you did it on purpose?" He breathed heavily, his bright, sparkling eyes burning across her face, his gaze piercing the darkness like sparks.
My heart was beating normally.
"You deliberately tricked me into coming here, deliberately flirted with me?"
Shen Zhiyi's eyelashes trembled slightly. Her index finger hooked around his neck and gently swept down, passing over his Adam's apple, before settling on his slightly open collar.
"Have you taken a shower?" she asked.
Xie Huaiyang closed his eyes and breathed heavily. When he opened them again, his eyes were frighteningly red.
"Mmm." He took her hand, his breath hot, and kissed her fingertips, his eyes dark and intense as he stared at her bunny pajamas.
I was about to go to sleep.
"But unexpectedly, there was a little rabbit here, waiting for the big bad wolf from the story."
Shen Zhiyi blushed slightly, but couldn't help but smile gently. "Your story doesn't match reality. Do you really think anyone would be willing to pay for it?"
Her sweet, soft voice, like a seductive feather in the night, sent shivers down one's spine and made one's heart itch unbearably.
She reached out and pinched his pectoral muscles.
"The real-life Big Bad Wolf is not sickly at all, but strong and healthy, ready to pounce and devour the little rabbit at any time."
Xie Huaiyang's breath hitched, his eyes turned red, and he leaned down to press his forehead against hers, his voice hoarse and hot as he said, "Shen Zhiyi, stop fishing."
"If you keep fishing, I'll be killed by you."
Shen Zhiyi chuckled softly, hooking the rabbit ears on her pajamas with her fingertips and flicking them to the side. "Then I'll make it up to you. Let the Big Bad Wolf play with them too, okay?"
Xie Huaiyang's eyes trembled, and he could no longer restrain himself. His breath was hot as he fiercely kissed her lips, his madness capable of destroying everything stirring her desire and longing.
She cried out and wrapped her arms around his neck.
...
The night was quiet and long.
Shen Zhiyi has really started learning to drive.
Xie Huaiyang acted like a qualified coach, leading her through the night.
They were driving on a road where there were only the two of them.
The night was as fiery as fire.
After long and daily exposure to darkness, Shen Zhiyi's senses had become extremely sharp.
Even the smallest, sporadic spark can ignite her switch.
not to mention.
It was still Xie Huaiyang's raging flames.
Accelerator, press down.
Even the wheels sparked from the friction.
