Chapter 54 Internal Strife
Hearing Wang Mo say that, Luo Li became even angrier.

Upon hearing this, Jianpeng was stunned. He hadn't thought that much about it; he had just happened to see Wenqian and impulsively said it without considering the long term.

Jianpeng: "I'm sorry, Wenqian, I just wanted to ask you to come along, but I didn't expect Luo Li to be so resistant to you..."

Wenxi was somewhat surprised by Jianpeng's change in attitude. After a moment, she frowned, took a few steps back, and distanced herself from Jianpeng.

When Jianpeng came to his senses, all he saw was Wenqian's receding figure.
