Feiling stood there blankly, her eyes filled with confusion, muttering to herself, "Was I wrong? I just didn't want to lose this hard-won life again. This life is like the only candle in the darkness to me; once it's extinguished, I'll be plunged back into endless darkness." After a while, her eyes hardened. "No, I wasn't wrong. People are selfish. I just wanted to live well. Before I had life, I was always locked in that dark, lightless mirror space. There was no warmth, no hope, only cold mirrors and endless loneliness. I never want to experience that again." With that, Feiling flew quickly in the direction Qi Na had gone. Her flight created a gust of wind, but the wind couldn't dispel the urgency in her heart. She knew that once she left her master, she would soon become a lifeless doll again, which would be worse than death. So she had to catch up with Qi Na as soon as possible.
Soon, Fei Ling caught up with Qi Na, who was on her way. "Master, I think I did the right thing. Shu Yan and Jian Peng have been hindering us from completing our mission. Making them disappear is not a problem at all. They are like boulders blocking our path, and they must be removed." Fei Ling's eyes flashed with a crazy light, a light like a raging fire.
Zina trembled with rage, her voice hoarse with fury, and she shouted, "Feiling, you're becoming more and more like Queen Mandora. You've been corrupted by darkness and forgotten the meaning of life."
"Qina, isn't it good that Feiling resembles me?" As the words fell, the surrounding mirrors suddenly emitted a blinding light, like the blazing sun, almost melting everything around them. Queen Mandora's projection appeared. "Qina, what's wrong with Feiling resembling me? I think Feiling's actions were completely correct. It's you who are too soft-hearted. How can you not bring yourself to harm your former comrades? Don't forget, you betrayed them for your own benefit, yet now you can't bring yourself to do it. You're truly useless! You're like a weakling lost in the darkness." The Queen's voice was filled with sharp sarcasm, like countless razor-sharp blades piercing Qina's heart, each blade carving a deep, bleeding wound.
“No, Your Majesty, I was thinking that you need the fairies’ power to open the gate. If the fairies’ masters are all dead, they will have to spend a lot of time searching for new human masters, which would be very disadvantageous for you. I have already collected dark power as you instructed. I have been working hard for your plan and have never had any disloyalty.” Zina explained, biting her lip tightly, until faint bloodstains appeared on her lips.
"Hmph, at least you're somewhat useful, you didn't make me waste my soul fragments for nothing. Where's the power you collected?" Mandora asked coldly, her eyes filled with greed, a greed like a bottomless black hole that seemed to want to devour everything in the world, whether light or darkness, none could escape its gravity.
"The power I've collected." Zina hesitated for a moment, then slowly took out the Tarot cards of power from her bag. She looked at the cards in her hand, her eyes filled with conflict. She hesitated whether to hand the cards to the Queen. The Tarot cards in her hand felt like a thousand pounds, making it hard for her to breathe. Every slight movement seemed incredibly difficult, as if she were struggling in a swamp.
"Power, power, give it to me now!" Mandora reached for the card, but seeing Zina still hesitating, she used magic to snatch the power card from her own hand. "This card is really good. You used to have such good spells but didn't use them. You were incredibly foolish, wasting such a good resource. It's like a fool guarding a treasure but not knowing how to use it." Mandora said excitedly as she carefully examined the card in her hand, her eyes shining like brilliant stars, filled with a thirst and greed for power.
Zina kept a close eye on the Queen's every move. She originally intended to hide the Power Card and try to find a way to purify the dark power within it in the future. She dreamed that one day she could transform this darkness into light and make it a weapon against the Queen. Unexpectedly, Mandora had been secretly monitoring her all along. Her eyes were filled with resentment and helplessness, like a child who had lost a beloved treasure. The sadness in her eyes seemed to be able to gather into a river.
"Ye Luoli Magic, clear the power from the Power Card!" With Mandora's command, magical light flashed, and the lion on the card instantly materialized. It opened its mouth wide, spitting out an energy ball radiating a mysterious light. That energy ball was like a dazzling pearl in the dark abyss, shining with a unique light in the darkness. Although this light carried a hint of darkness, it still possessed a captivating power. "This is the dark power of humanity. Although it cannot compare to the pure and powerful fairy power of the fairy realm, it still has some use."
Mandora put away the energy ball with satisfaction, then looked at Zina. "Hahaha, Zina, you're really dishonest. Do you know why I resurrected Feiling? I knew all along that the tree spirits were helping them find a way to restore their fairy power. I wanted you to use the Ye Luoli warriors' contract to enter the doll shop and stop them. Don't think I don't know you've been hiding your power. Zina, if you want Feiling to be safe, then obediently hand over your power. You've already proven how selfish humans are. Once I get this energy, Xinling, you'll have to admit defeat and hand over the sixth doll. Then I can open the door. Now, hand over your power!" Mandora laughed arrogantly.
"Your Majesty, I need to consider this. Exchanging Feling for the Water Prince's millennium power doesn't seem like a good deal. Please wait for my news." After saying this, a resolute glint flashed in Zina's eyes. She cast a spell and forcefully shattered the surrounding mirrors, the mirror shards flying everywhere amidst the dazzling magical light.
"Damn it, Zina, how dare you do this? Zina, you'd better hand over your power obediently, or you probably don't want to turn back into a normal person! Be a good girl and listen to me. Feiling, if you want to live any longer, then you should give your good master some advice." Then the image disappeared. Mandora's voice echoed in the air, carrying a strong threat that loomed over Zina like a dark cloud.
"Master, I was wrong. I shouldn't have been so selfish and disregarded life. I will never do it again. Master, you won't abandon me, right?" Fei Ling apologized to Qi Na very sincerely. As for what she was thinking, Qi Na had no idea. Qi Na looked at Fei Ling, feeling a mix of emotions, and didn't know whether she should believe her.
