Fairyland Yan Hua Mirror Palace
After Mandora banished Wenxi back to the human world like trash, a feeling of exhilaration overwhelmed her like a burst dam. Standing in the center of the extravagantly luxurious yet subtly chilling palace, her magnificent skirt cascading like blooming flowers, a smug, contemptuous smile played on her lips.
"Hmph, since I became the Queen of this Fairy Realm, no one has ever dared to despise me like this to my face, or be so arrogant. They are simply ignorant of their own limitations." A sinister ruthlessness flashed in her eyes. "No, the lesson I just taught her was like scratching an itch through a boot; it's far from enough to quell my hatred." With that, she raised her long, slender, and fair fingers, preparing to cast a spell to give Wenxi an unforgettable and deeply etched punishment.
Mandora strode with elegant yet imposing steps, like a queen surveying her domain in the night, towards the enormous mirror. The mirror's frame was inlaid with dazzling gems, and its edges were carved with exquisite patterns; every detail seemed to tell an ancient and mysterious story, as if concealing endless mystical power. Just as she was about to recite the powerful incantation, a thought flashed through her mind like lightning. She still needed Wenxi, this cunning and greedy human, as a pawn; this human still had some use in the plan to capture the other Ye Luoli fairies. Mandora frowned slightly, a hint of resentment and helplessness flashing in her eyes. She could only suppress this grudge for now, settling it down later. However, her burning anger would not subside so easily. Her gaze sharpened as she turned to the mirror; she decided to cast a spell on the annoying human boy who had taken the Light Fairy, making him taste the consequences of disobeying her.
Mandora had just cast a projection spell through the mirror when the scene appeared showing the Light Fairy having formed a contract with that boy named Gao Taiming. "Damn it!" Mandora gritted her teeth in anger, her eyes practically spitting fire. "We're too late, these wretched guys!" However, she quickly calmed down, a sly glint in her eyes as she plotted to recruit Gao Taiming, who harbored dark intentions, into her team and use him for her own purposes. And so, this scene unfolded—
In the opulent bedroom, resembling a dreamlike royal castle, exquisite oil paintings adorned the walls, each seemingly a masterpiece by a renowned artist. A magnificent crystal chandelier cast a soft, dazzling light, like stars fallen to earth. Bai Guangying crossed her arms, her head held high with arrogance, and said to Gao Taiming, "From now on, you must obey my orders. Don't even think about disobeying me, you foolish human." Her eyes were filled with disdain, as if she were looking at a lower being.
Gao Taiming laughed disdainfully, his laughter echoing in the room, full of unruliness and arrogance. "Hahaha, how could that be! This young master fears neither heaven nor earth, I will not be controlled by anyone! You little brat, from now on you must obey your master's orders, call me master, and don't make this young master unhappy." As he spoke, he shook his head, his silver hair gleaming brightly under the light.
Bai Guangying's face flushed red with anger, like a ripe apple. She put her hands on her hips, took a step forward, and said aggressively, "Impossible! From now on, you have to listen to me. I am the Fairy of Light. You ungrateful wretch, call me Queen, or you'll be sorry!"
"Hahaha, Fairy of Light, so you're the sixth fairy! You've suffered being imprisoned by my dear sister for so long." Mandora's voice echoed eerily. To enhance her entrance as the Queen of the Fairies, she secretly used magic to control the surrounding lights. In an instant, the lights flickered, casting eerie shapes on the walls, as if ghosts in the darkness were watching everything. The entire room was enveloped in a sinister and terrifying atmosphere.
The two arguing were simultaneously drawn to the projection appearing in the mirror. The Fairy of Light turned her head to look in Mandora's direction, her eyes burning with furious flames that seemed to want to devour Mandora. She said angrily, "Hmph, Mandora, how dare you mention it? If it weren't for you, would I be like this now? You treacherous and cunning fellow, you'll stop at nothing for your own selfish desires."
Gao Taiming merely glanced at the mirror casually, scratched his head, and asked indifferently, "Who is it?" His tone was relaxed, showing no regard for the suddenly appearing projection.
Upon hearing the Light Fairy's words, Mandora felt a little guilty, her eyes flickering slightly as she dared not meet the Light Fairy's angry gaze. However, she still pretended to be calm and said firmly, "Light Fairy, I am also very sorry for what happened back then. I thought you would be doing well if you went to Xinling's place, but I didn't expect her to treat you like this, locking you in a dark and sunless cellar. If you had chosen me instead of Xinling, perhaps things wouldn't have turned out this way."
Now that you've left Xinling, come back to Fairyland with me! By my side, you'll receive the treatment you deserve, and I'll restore your freedom and glory." After saying this, Mandora looked at the Fairy of Light with anticipation, a barely perceptible longing flickering in her eyes, awaiting her reply. However, the result left her heartbroken.
“No, I am your master, doll, you must obey.” Gao Taiming remained as nonchalant as ever, waving his arms and shouting loudly, completely ignoring Mandora’s words.
"Tch, who cares about you!" Bai Guangying retorted without backing down, rolling her eyes at Gao Taiming as if to say, "Don't even think about ordering me around."
"Hey, I am Mandora, the powerful Queen of Fairy Realm! How dare you ignore me? Don't you want to die?" Mandora trembled with anger, her voice rising several decibels and echoing in the room, carrying a hint of majesty and fury. Her voice was like thunder, making the room seem to tremble slightly.
