Chapter 110 Everyone learns that Shu Yan has turned into a stone statue

Wenxi was ruthlessly thrown back into the small garden where the Queen had once kidnapped Shuyan. She slumped to the ground, her eyes filled with terror and remorse. "Didn't I harm Shuyan? No, I didn't want this to happen, what should I do? I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, Shuyan, I just didn't want you to lose your life so soon." Wenxi's voice trembled with tears, which streamed down her face. She knelt on the ground, her eyes fixed on the mirror that had lost its magic. In a daze, Shuyan's projection appeared in the mirror, that familiar figure seemingly so close, yet so unattainable. Wenxi's heart felt as if it had been struck a heavy blow. She wept incessantly, filled with self-reproach and guilt. It was all because of her that everything was ruined; Shuyan had turned to stone, left alone in that terrifying mirror space.

"Alright, Shu Yan isn't dead yet! Master, stop crying. Tears won't solve anything. Now we can only go to Fairy Xinling at the doll shop to save Shu Yan." Qingyin frowned, her face full of impatience, her cold eyes showing no sympathy whatsoever.

She stood to the side with her arms crossed, coldly watching Wen Qian, secretly scoffing: "Hmph, all she does is cry. If crying could solve problems, would I and the other fairies still be locked up in that dark, gloomy, and terrifying mirror space by the Queen? This time, I'm encouraging Wen Qian to go find Xin Ling. Maybe we can lure all those annoying Ye Luoli warriors to the Fairy Realm, and then wipe them all out. I can then curry favor with the Queen. If the Queen is happy, she might release my sisters who have turned into stone statues. This is a perfect opportunity."

Wenxi was jolted awake by Qingyin's words like a hammer blow. Like a drowning person suddenly grasping at a lifeline, she sprang to her feet, a renewed flame of hope burning in her eyes. "Hmph, don't try to lecture me. I know what to do with your master. I will definitely save Shuyan. I'll make him look at me with new eyes!" Wenxi clenched her fists, her knuckles white from the force, her eyes radiating stubbornness and defiance. Without hesitation, she dashed towards the doll shop.

Inside the Ye Luoli doll shop, the atmosphere was as tense as the calm before a storm, so oppressive it was hard to breathe. Wang Mo paced anxiously, her face flushed, tears welling in her eyes, threatening to spill at any moment. She cried out to Xin Ling, "Shopkeeper, Shu Yan is missing! Shopkeeper, please think of something! You have to find him!" Her voice, high-pitched and choked with sobs, echoed throughout the shop.

Xin Ling, however, seemed to be in another dimension, unresponsive to her calls. She remained focused on the contract, her brow furrowed, her eyes filled with a solemn expression. Xin Ling muttered incantations, the mysterious spells slowly escaping her lips as her hands continuously cast complex magic. The surrounding air seemed to tremble slightly from the intense fluctuations of the magic, as if an invisible force was surging within it.

Jianpeng frowned deeply, scratching his head in frustration. He said helplessly, "That brat, why didn't he tell us he was leaving home? It's driving me crazy! Where did he go?" As he spoke, he paced back and forth in the shop, his steps hurried and flustered. He glanced anxiously at Xinling every now and then, his eyes filled with worry, a worry that burned like a fire in his eyes.

Chen Sisi bit her lip until it turned pale, her eyes filled with anxiety and unease. The peacock beside her whispered, "Master, try calling again. Maybe Shuyan just has something urgent." Chen Sisi nodded hurriedly, frantically pulling her pink phone, studded with sparkling crystals, from her pocket. The phone felt incredibly heavy in her trembling hands.

Her fingers trembled as she dialed Shu Yan's number, then pressed the phone tightly to her ear, holding her breath, as if the whole world had fallen silent except for the dial tone. But soon, her face grew even paler, and the light of hope in her eyes vanished instantly. "What should I do? I can't get through to Shu Yan," she said, her voice tinged with despair.

Seeing that calling didn't work, Wang Mo called out to Xin Ling again, her voice hoarse: "Shopkeeper, can you hear me? Shu Yan is missing! You can't just ignore him!" Jian Peng then belatedly said, "She doesn't seem to hear us. What should we do? We have to find a way to let the shopkeeper know."

Xin Ling continued chanting the mysterious incantation: "Life is fleeting, like a rootless tree, the flower blooms in its quietude, the origin of all things, harmonize with its light, be one with its dust, a kind heart, everlasting purity." Her expression was solemn and dignified, as if she were performing a sacred ritual concerning life and death.

Unable to contain her volcanic anxiety any longer, Wang Mo ignored Loli's attempts to stop her and charged forward like a frantic little beast. Her gaze immediately fell on the contract between Shu Yan and Jasmine displayed on the contract document, her eyes lighting up as if she had seen a glimmer of light in the darkness. "It shows Shu Yan on the document!" she exclaimed, reaching out to touch the contract without hesitation. Instantly, a powerful magical force, like a raging tsunami, surged towards her. "Ah!" Wang Mo cried out in alarm, her entire body sent flying like a fragile leaf, landing flat on her back and kicking up a small cloud of dust.

"Wang Mo!" "Master!" Everyone exclaimed and ran towards Wang Mo. Jian Peng was the first to rush to Wang Mo's side like a gust of wind. He hurriedly helped Wang Mo up, grabbed her shoulders tightly with both hands, and anxiously looked her up and down. "Are you alright? Are you hurt? Don't scare me!" His eyes were full of concern, and his concern was evident in his words.
