In the deep, mysterious Fairy Forest, which seemed to hold endless dangers and secrets, Qi Na and Fei Ling fled in panic like frightened birds.
In the shadows all around, there seemed to be constant rustling sounds, as if the monsters were patrolling back and forth. The queen's ever-present and intimidating presence weighed heavily on their hearts like a dark cloud.
Zina's face showed signs of fatigue, and the hair on her forehead was soaked with sweat, sticking to her cheeks in strands, but her eyes were like burning flames, firmly piercing through the layers of branches and leaves, and occasionally directing the agile and shimmering "Flight" behind her to dart left and right.
The dazzling light of "Flying" streaked rapidly through the forest like a shooting star, desperately clearing a path for them to escape the relentless pursuit of the monster and the terrifying, all-powerful queen.
Finally, Zina's gaze fell upon a towering tree, which resembled an ancient and benevolent giant, stretching out its lush branches and leaves.
Zina lightly touched the ground with her toes, landing on a branch like a feather. Her chest rose and fell slightly, and her breathing was clearly audible in the quiet woods.
She planned to take this opportunity to pause and allow her tangled thoughts to settle down, so she could carefully consider where to go on her uncertain escape journey.
Just then, without warning, that familiar, cold, mechanical electronic voice—so repulsive yet impossible to ignore—sounded in her mind:
[Ding! A new mission has been issued. Please go to the Flower Sea Tide to complete the final collection of the Earth Spirit Orb's power. There is no reward for completing this mission, but you can use the Five Elements Spirit Orbs to completely separate the Fairy Realm and the Human World at a critical moment, creating two separate worlds.]
When Qi Na first heard the news that she was going to the Flower Sea Tide with no mission rewards, her dissatisfaction erupted like a volcano, and she almost impulsively quit. But when she heard the shocking words that it could separate the fairyland from the human world...
Her impulsive thought was forcibly suppressed again, and she couldn't help but ask the system with a heart full of doubt: "When is the critical moment? If the two worlds are separated, what will happen to the fairies in the human world? What about Fei Ling?"
[Host, please complete the task first. The system will remind you when the time is up. As for the fairies who turned into dolls, they should naturally return to the fairy realm.]
"This system is garbage! It's like it didn't say anything at all! The key question is, where is Fei Ling? Is this my last mission? Can I even go home?" Qi Na was furious, her face flushed red, and she questioned loudly.
[Feiling has two choices: first, return to the Fairy Realm like Loli and the others once the seal is complete; second, stay in the human world as a living, ordinary doll. Her choice depends on her decision, but the second choice will come at a price for the host. The host will find out what that price is in the future. Now, please complete the task immediately.]
At this moment, Fei Ling, sitting on her shoulder, keenly sensed that her master had once again fallen into that unsettling, dazed state.
Felix was extremely anxious, her delicate face filled with worry, as they were not yet completely out of danger. Without hesitation, Felix used magic to fly up and quickly flew to Qi Na. She stretched out her slender hand and pinched Qi Na's face with all her might, trying to bring her back to her senses in the most direct way.
A sharp pain jolted Qi Na, who had been lost in thought due to the system's response, back to reality. She looked at Fei Ling, her eyes filled with an unprecedented seriousness.
She whispered, "Feiling, if I meant if the Fairy Realm and the human world were to completely separate, where would you want to live? Think about it carefully before you speak." Zina's expression was extremely serious, her deep gaze fixed on Feiling, as if trying to penetrate her soul to find the answer.
Infected by Zina's seriousness, Feiling tilted her head slightly and thought seriously for a long time before saying, "Master, of course it's the human world! I was born in the human world, have you forgotten? But will what Master just said come true?"
"Yes, someday in the future, Fei Ling, we need to go back to Flower Sea Tide to complete a mission. This mission is very important and relates to our future," Qi Na said solemnly, each word seemingly containing immense power.
Fei Ling understood that the task her master needed to complete was of utmost importance, and her bright eyes shone with determination, indicating that she would do her utmost to assist Qi Na.
Later, on the long journey back to the Flower Sea Tide, Zina revealed to Feiling the ultimate purpose of some of the missions she had previously completed. Those thrilling past experiences and the plans that concerned the fate of two worlds made Feiling secretly vow to help Zina successfully complete this mission.
So the two of them carefully made their way from the forest toward the sea of flowers, each step filled with unknowns and challenges.
Meanwhile, on the second floor of the dilapidated Flower Bud Castle, the Ice Princess, dressed in a magnificent ice-blue gown, the hem of which swayed gently with her steps like a flowing glacier, walked slowly into Lori's bedroom with light and elegant steps.
The room was filled with a faint fragrance of flowers and a magical atmosphere. The Ice Princess stretched out her hand, which was as white as mutton fat jade, gently picked up the box, shook it a few times, looked at it, and then turned around to ride the ice lotus back to her pure, snow-white, cold, lonely, yet extremely beautiful Ice Crystal Palace.
Originally, she had struggled and hesitated deep down, intending to hand over the Floating Cloud Tower to Queen Mandora. However, when she thought that the Queen might let those fairies inherit the gatekeepers of the Fairy Bank, thus fulfilling Xinling's last wish, she felt that this was like throwing a boulder into the calm lake of the Fairy Realm, which would cause unpredictable waves.
