Like a golden shooting star, the Golden Spirit Pearl sped forward, passing through the majestic mountain composed of huge metal gears.
The metal gears were so tightly interlocked that it was impossible to pass through them safely by air alone. Left with no other option, Zina carefully retrieved the transparent plate and stored it safely back in her system space.
Then, with extreme caution, she stepped into the narrow crevice between the gears, taking each step with extra care, constantly watching out for the sharp spikes on the ground and the irregularly shaped stones. Meanwhile, Zina was wearing high heels, which made walking exceptionally difficult and slowed her progress considerably.
Perhaps Jin Lingzhu was extremely dissatisfied with their slow speed, and then flew to Qi Na's side like lightning, shaking her body vigorously.
Felix was filled with doubt about the bead's actions and said, puzzled, "What is it trying to say? Master, what is the point of us staying here? This feeling of being kept in the dark is awful."
Zina knew that things were becoming increasingly difficult to hide, so she decided to tell part of the truth, fabricate some lies, and then cleverly mix the two together before telling Feiling.
The gist of it is: "The future Qi Na left the present Qi Na some magical artifacts, as well as some tasks for the present Qi Na to complete. As for the specific tasks, they will only be known at a specific time. And this task is to fill the Golden Spirit Orb with golden elemental immortal power."
Well, I don't know if Fei Ling actually believed it, but Qi Na almost believed it herself while she was making it up. She understood all too well that one lie often requires one lie after another to cover it up.
Seeing that Qi Na had no reaction, Jin Lingzhu flew behind Qi Na and rammed into her, knocking her to the ground.
Zina was momentarily stunned, but the intense pain quickly brought her back to her senses. Seeing her master fall, Feiling was instantly enraged, her eyes filled with murderous intent as she glared at the bead. She wanted nothing more than to grab it and beat it senseless. Without hesitation, Feiling rushed forward, attempting to grab the bead, but the small object was exceptionally agile, dodging her attacks with remarkable skill.
After chasing for a while, Fei Ling felt exhausted and finally gave up, resigned to her fate. While they were fooling around, Qi Na had already struggled to her feet, looking utterly disheveled. Her knees and hands were scraped and bleeding, the pain unbearable; it seemed she would have to go home and apply medicine.
After a brief treatment, Qi Na resolutely continued on her journey. The Golden Spirit Orb seemed to be drawn by some mysterious force, abruptly stopping at a certain point. Qi Na, carrying Fei Ling, walked slowly but firmly towards the direction where the Golden Spirit Orb had stopped.
When they arrived, what came into view was an enormous metal sword. The sword's hilt was deeply buried in stone, and its blade was intricately engraved with mysterious and ancient runes, which seemed to tell ancient stories. Inlaid on the hilt was a purple jewel the size of a light bulb, radiating a deep and captivating light.
Qi Na gazed at the enormous sword, secretly guessing that this must be the power the Golden Spirit Orb had always longed to absorb. So, she softly said to the Golden Spirit Orb, "Is this the power you wish to absorb? If so, let's begin." The Golden Spirit Orb seemed to understand Qi Na's words, gracefully descending from the air and landing steadily in her hand. Qi Na felt a slight tremor emanating from the Golden Spirit Orb, as if in response to her decision.
Then, Qi Na turned to look at Fei Ling and said earnestly, "Fei Ling, I'm going to use magic to gather fairy power later. You protect us, since it's not safe here." Fei Ling's bright eyes were full of concern, and she solemnly instructed, "Yes, Master, please be careful."
Then, Qi Na took a deep breath, concentrated, and chanted a powerful incantation: "Ye Luoli magic, unveil the mystery, gather metal elemental fairy power, power converge!" As the incantation ended, the magical power within Qi Na's body surged like a torrent, rapidly flowing towards the Golden Spirit Orb. The Golden Spirit Orb instantly emitted a dazzling light, spreading outwards and illuminating everything around it. In an instant, golden fairy power surged from every corner, converging and rushing towards the Golden Spirit Orb like a raging tide. Under the powerful effect of the fairy power, the surrounding metal weapons began to undergo wondrous changes; they gradually lost their original luster and hardness, eventually turning into gray powder and dissipating in the wind.
Just as the Golden Spirit Pearls were about to be collected, a large, golden bird flew towards Qi Na and the others from the sky behind them. The bird was enormous, its body shimmering with a dazzling golden light, as if crafted from pure gold. Each feather was like a delicate sheet of metal, gleaming in the sunlight, exuding an aura of nobility and majesty. Its eyes, like two bright gems, flashed with a sharp light, seemingly capable of seeing through everything in the world.
The Golden-Bone Bird's wings are broad and powerful, each flap creating a strong gust of wind. As it soars through the sky, a golden trail streaks across the air, as dazzling as a shooting star. Its claws are as hard as iron, easily gripping massive objects and leaving deep scratches even on solid rock. Its cry also possesses a special magic, capable of intimidating the minds of its enemies, plunging them into fear and chaos.
