Chapter 104: Yin-Yang Techniques

Chapter 104: Yin-Yang Techniques

The young emperor looked at Yi Mingzhao, who had fallen, and said calmly, "Come back with me, and you may be able to save your life."

Yi Mingzhao stood up angrily and said, "What have you done to my brother?"

The young emperor gestured and said, "He is very good. He has now become a disciple of the Brahma Emperor and is treated the same as me."

Upon hearing this, Yi Mingzhao exclaimed in surprise, "What? My brother... he actually took our father's killer as his master?"

Young Emperor: "Your elder brother is wise, but you are foolish. If you continue to resist, you will only face death."

Yi Mingzhao declared boldly, "What is there to fear in death? I only hate myself for not being able to kill my enemies and avenge my father!"

The young emperor stepped forward and said, "If you remain obstinate, then submit to your fate." With that, the young emperor raised his palm and channeled his energy, preparing to end Yi Mingzhao's life.

Just then, the atmosphere around them suddenly changed, the air moved rapidly, and the young prince felt an unprecedented pressure coming from above.

When he looked up, he saw a girl of about seventeen or eighteen years old standing quietly on the treetop, her hands in her lap, motionless.

The girl was Zhu Ziyue. She knew that Yi Mingzhao had arrived at Xinyue Lake, but she did not see him enter Yuehu Pavilion. So she went out to investigate and saw the young emperor flying by. She then flew over to him.

Seeing this, the young prince knew his opponent possessed formidable internal strength and dared not underestimate him. He immediately channeled his inner energy, unleashed a swift sword strike, and leaped into the air, attacking Zhu Ziyue on the tree.

Seeing this, Zhu Ziyue also made a move. She channeled her abundant inner energy, her hands moving in unison to control the leaves, unleashing a powerful strike. Countless leaves spun in the air, hurtling down towards the attacking young prince.

The young prince was already in mid-air. He swung his sword to parry, but was forced to fall from the sky. The leaves, carrying force, fell to the ground, sinking three-tenths of an inch into the earth, striking the tree and becoming firmly attached to it.

Seeing this, Yi Mingzhao was dumbfounded. He couldn't believe that this seemingly weak, quiet and elegant girl, Zhu Ziyue, was such a master.

After a few moves, the young prince realized that such a technique, used for long-range attacks, would only put him at a disadvantage. Having made up his mind, he launched a powerful attack, leaping into the air once more, his sword drawing out its long force, and proclaiming, "A rainbow sweeps across the ages!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the longsword, brimming with power, swept out in a frenzied attack. Seeing this, Zhu Ziyue no longer tried to block it head-on, but instead dodged. In an instant, the massive tree beneath her feet had been cleaved into pieces by the sword's force.

The young prince's swordplay continued relentlessly, relentlessly pursuing Zhu Ziyue. Zhu Ziyue swiftly dodged, and the two chased and evaded each other, weaving through the treetops. Wherever the sword's force reached, branches fell and leaves were stripped bare, leaving behind only devastation.

Seeing the situation, Yi Mingzhao began to worry about Zhu Ziyue. The young emperor was relentlessly pursuing and attacking, and if Zhu Ziyue was not careful, she would be cut in two.

After failing to dodge for a long time, Zhu Ziyue increased her speed again, and her figure became as fast as lightning, appearing in an instant to evade the pursuit and create distance between herself and the young emperor, standing behind him.

The young emperor was immediately shocked and said coldly, "This speed is already at the Transcendent Realm!" Then, he used his sword technique again and attacked once more.

After creating distance, Zhu Ziyue used the Five Elements Strange Steps and her hands to perform Yin-Yang magic. Her movements were still like a dance, seemingly ordinary and elegant, but concealing deadly moves.

In an instant, the dust and yellow earth rose up and instantly coalesced into a human figure, wielding a large sword, to forcefully meet the young emperor.

The young emperor's sword was sharp and fierce, its power sweeping across all directions. In just a few moves, the clay figure was shattered. Even as the young emperor finished his attack, Zhu Ziyue's magic continued, and the clay reformed into a human. This clay-human figure was heartless, emotionless, fearless, and launched a fierce attack on the young emperor once more.

Seeing this, the young prince felt utterly humiliated and shouted, "Use earth as a general! This is troublesome!" Immediately, he withdrew his inner energy and launched a forceful attack. He gathered his energy into his sword and swung it swiftly, uttering the words, "Sword Light Chasing Shadow!"

Before the words were even finished, three sword strikes were unleashed in quick succession, shattering the mud figure in one fell swoop. In the blink of an eye, the young emperor leaped up, his sword instantly condensing its power. With two light flicks, he swept forward, declaring, "The sword passes without a sound!"

The young emperor's swift sword flashed like a shadow, his frenzied stance already closing in on Zhu Ziyue. Zhu Ziyue noticed this in an instant, but there was no time to dodge. She quickly activated her magic, shifting her form and changing her appearance.

The young emperor swiftly passed by, sword in hand, his elegant figure standing proudly with the blade already slicing across Zhu Ziyue's neck. He heard no sound, and in confusion, turned to look, only to find Zhu Ziyue's figure had vanished; he had merely killed an illusory silhouette.

The young prince sensed something was wrong, detected the aura, and looked up. Zhu Ziyue stood on a tall branch, channeling her abundant true energy, and used yin-yang magic to gather thousands of leaves, condensing them into countless blades and swords.

At this moment, Ling Qichen and Ling Xueyan arrived one after the other. Both were astonished and full of praise upon seeing Zhu Ziyue's abilities. Seeing that Yi Mingzhao was unharmed, Ling Qichen prepared to draw her sword to assist Zhu Ziyue. Seeing this, Ling Xueyan leaped down, drew her sword, and attacked Ling Qichen. The two were instantly entangled.

The young prince saw Zhu Ziyue unleash several attacks from leaf-formed blades. He had no time to counter with powerful moves, so he bravely met the attacks, swiftly parrying with his sword. His figure moved like the wind, deflecting each leaf-sword thrust and dodging each leaf-blade slash.

After several moves, the young prince suffered three minor injuries, but he had gained a temporary advantage. He sensed the aura of death enveloping him, and with his mind made up, he unleashed his ultimate move.

The young prince forcefully channeled all his true energy, condensed his sword power, and poured all his unparalleled strength into a single move, shouting, "Roaring through the clouds, echoing across the heavens!" He leaped into the air, his powerful body protecting him in front, while his sword moved swiftly behind him, heading straight for Zhu Ziyue.

Seeing this, Zhu Ziyue dared not be careless. She used her magic again, and thousands of leaves gathered into a spiral, forming a powerful shield. She bent down to meet the young emperor's attack.

In an instant, the two attacks clashed, a gust of wind swept across the surroundings, leaves were struck and scattered in all directions. The young prince coughed up blood on the spot, his hairband was knocked off, his hair was disheveled, and his figure fell gracefully to the ground.

Zhu Ziyue's graceful figure remained atop the branch, completely unharmed.

Seeing this, Ling Xueyan quickly flew out, caught the young emperor's body, and rode away on horseback.

Seeing this, Yi Mingzhao and Ling Qichen didn't pay much attention. When they looked up at Zhu Ziyue again, she had already disappeared.

Yi Mingzhao asked in confusion, "Miss Ziyue is not here?"

Ling Qichen: "She's highly skilled in martial arts, she should be fine. She must have gone back! Let's go back to Moon Lake Pavilion too!"

Yi Mingzhao: "Okay!"

The two returned to Moon Lake Pavilion. Zhu Ziyue was safe and sound, standing gracefully on the floating log, watching the lotus flowers in the lake.

Yi Mingzhao stepped forward and said respectfully, "Thank you so much for saving me, Miss Ziyue. If I had been even a step later, I fear I would have lost my life."

Zhu Ziyue said sweetly, "Young Master Yi, there's no need for thanks. As a friend, it's only natural for me to help you."

Ling Qichen smiled and said, "Miss Ziyue is so young, yet her martial arts skills are so profound. It truly surprises us."

Zhu Ziyue: "I have loved martial arts since I was a child. After years of practice, I have even mastered the Yin-Yang technique. I am quite amazed by its mysteries."

Ling Qichen exclaimed, "Miss Ziyue's talent is truly beyond my reach."

Zhu Ziyue smiled and said, "Young Master Ling is too kind. The path of martial arts is endless. If you are interested, we may be able to discuss it with each other."

Ling Qichen smiled and said, "Alright, I would be grateful if Miss Ziyue could give me some pointers."

Zhu Ziyue smiled and said, "No problem!"
