After chatting for a while at the company, Li Peiyu excitedly dragged Wang Boyang to buy a vehicle.
The two arrived at the car dealership and, without much hesitation, picked up a powerful-looking Land Rover on the spot, then drove it away.

“I spend his money in my personal life, but I try not to rely on him in my career,” Li Peiyu said calmly.
"Then isn't your car being used for your career right now?" Ji You pressed on relentlessly.
"How can you separate career and life so clearly?" Li Peiyu frowned slightly.
"So you still rely on him in your career." Ji You's tone became somewhat sharp.
“Yes, I admit it. What I just said was that I try not to rely on others. Even the fact that you like archery was something he told me.” Li Peiyu simply admitted it frankly.
"So you're being hypocritical," Ji You said sarcastically. "Dependence is dependence, don't say you'll try not to depend on others."
“You can think that way,” Li Peiyu continued. “Mr. Ji, please promise me that you’ll use our song in the next episode of ‘I’m Here’.”
"Yes, I've already notified the relevant departments," Ji You lied through his teeth.
"Thank you." Li Peiyu bowed. "The milk tea has been delivered. I'll be going now." After saying that, she turned and left.
Ji You watched Li Peiyu's departing figure, his mind filled with questions. What kind of thing had Lu Yuzhi found? It was pretty, but why did it look so stupid?
If you want a career and power, why not just use Lu Yuzhi openly? Why bother with "relying on your abilities"?
Based on her abilities alone, she wouldn't even be able to get through the door of Tingnan Pictures.

At 10 PM, Ji You still hadn't asked Li Peiyu for milk tea. Li Peiyu thought to herself that Ji You wouldn't deliberately choose the early hours of the morning to ask her to deliver milk tea. If she couldn't deliver it, then the song project would be ruined.
