"I haven't forgotten. I just confronted my parents, and they know about us."
Lu Yuzhi was startled, his expression tense. "What did they say?"
"We have a family that values freedom in relationships, and we don't object to it," Li Peiyu said with a happy smile.
"Why should I object to something as outstanding as I am?" Lu Yuzhi said with a confident smile.
"Yes. You're the best," Li Peiyu replied gently.
The two chatted back and forth for a while, their conversation flowing smoothly and affectionately, before reluctantly ending the video call.
