The delicate touch and slender waist ignited a fuse, further fueling Wang Boyang's lust. His tongue pried open Gu Yan's teeth, sucking wantonly, his breathing growing heavier as if he wanted to merge Gu Yan's entire being into his own.
It wasn't until Wang Boyang's hand unconsciously reached into Gu Yan's chest that Gu Yan was jolted back to her senses by this sudden action and forcefully pushed Wang Boyang away.
Wang Boyang seemed to awaken from a dream, slightly out of breath, his eyes glazed as he looked at Gu Yan. His emotions finally overwhelmed him, and he blurted out the secret buried deep in his heart, "I love you."
"What are you doing?" Gu Hongxi shouted as she came out.
Gu Yan's face flushed crimson, his body burning with desire. However, the fact that this passionate moment had been witnessed caused a surge of intense shame to overwhelm him like a tidal wave.
How could he feel anything for a man's kiss? This thought kept swirling in Gu Yan's mind, making his head spin. He was completely at a loss, not knowing how to face himself, so he could only turn around, go upstairs, and hurriedly enter his room.
Seeing him leave, Wang Boyang hurriedly chased after him.
Gu Yan was sitting on the edge of the bed, his face buried in his hands, lost in a jumble of thoughts. He kept replaying the heart-pounding event in his mind, filled with doubt and confusion.
How could this be? How could they be kissing, and for so long?
It's just acting, so why is he so addicted to it and unable to extricate himself?
That's wrong, absolutely wrong.
Wang Boyang gently closed the door, turned the lock, walked to the opposite side of Gu Yan, slowly squatted down, his eyes filled with caution as he intently looked at Gu Yan.
"Gu Yan," Wang Boyang called softly.
"Uh, thank you for earlier. Gu Hongxi was quite angry." Gu Yan's voice carried a hint of evasion and concealment.
"I didn't mean to upset Aunt Gu." Wang Boyang bit his lip. He wanted to express his true feelings and let Gu Yan know that his emotions were sincere and intense.
"You heard what I just said, right?" Wang Boyang's voice carried a hint of anticipation and nervousness.
"What did you say? I didn't hear you." Gu Yan turned his head away, not daring to look Wang Boyang in the eye.
“I know you heard me.” Wang Boyang’s gaze was firm and ardent, as if it could melt Gu Yan’s heart. “I can say it again, I love you.”
"What are you doing? Don't talk nonsense." Gu Yan's voice rose a few decibels, clearly showing his panic.
"I'm not talking nonsense." Wang Boyang cupped Gu Yan's face in his hands, forcing him to face him. "I love you. I don't know when it started, but I... I've come to like you so much. Do you like me?"
"Are you crazy? You like women, and I like women too." Gu Yan tried to break free from Wang Boyang's hands, his eyes filled with fear and resistance.
“I don’t like women, and I don’t like men, I like you.” Wang Boyang’s tone was firm and left no room for argument.
"Are you serious? You're not just messing with me?" A hint of doubt and hesitation flashed in Gu Yan's eyes.
"If I were to play you, may I die a horrible death," Wang Boyang swore, his expression utterly serious.
"My mind is a mess. I don't like men. Wang Boyang, I don't want to like men either." Gu Yan closed his eyes in pain, his heart filled with contradictions and struggles.
"But you like me. I could feel it from that kiss just now."
"no."
"Isn't that right? Look into my eyes, don't you like my kiss?"
"dislike."
Wang Boyang grabbed Gu Yan's head, pushed him down onto the bed, and kissed him deeply.
At first, Gu Yan was still somewhat rational, but his rationality was quickly overwhelmed. He couldn't help but move his tongue, and the unrestrained pleasure overwhelmed him.
He stopped resisting and began to passionately entwine his tongue with the person on top of him.
Gu Hongxi pounded on the door, loudly trying to stop what was happening inside.
"Gu Yan, Gu Yan, open the door."
Gu Yan regained his senses and tried to push Wang Boyang away.
Wang Boyang's hands were tightly clasped together with Gu Yan's fingers, attempting to make Gu Yan fall into depravity once again.
But the increasingly loud knocking brought the passion to an abrupt end.
Gu Yan stopped responding, his brows furrowed, his expression one of great pain.
Wang Boyang was afraid. He couldn't bear to hurt Gu Yan, and he couldn't stand seeing Gu Yan sad.
He reluctantly let go of her hand.
Gu Yan got up irritably, flung open the door, and said angrily, "Stop knocking, it's so annoying."
Gu Hongxi stood outside the door, looking slightly helpless, and said, "Let's talk."
"There's no need to talk about sexual orientation." Gu Yan said impatiently, his brows furrowed.
Gu Hongxi took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down, and said slowly, "Let's have lunch first."
After lunch, Gu Hongxi personally led Gu Yan and Wang Boyang to an art building in a bustling area of the city center.
They toured the building, and Gu Hongxi explained its design and layout to them.
Although they didn't know Gu Hongxi's intentions, Gu Yan and Wang Boyang were still amazed by the unique design style.
They then visited several other unique buildings. Along the way, Gu Hongxi would explain the features of these buildings to the two of them.
In the last building, Gu Hongxi finally broke the long silence and slowly said, "These buildings I brought you here today were all designed by me. That's why I abandoned Gu Yan back then."
Gu Yan was taken aback upon hearing this, his eyes filled with surprise. Some of these buildings were magnificent and grand, while others were unique and ingenious; he never expected that they were designed by Gu Hongxi.
“I fell in love with Gu Yan’s father and abandoned my dreams, wanting only to be with him forever. But the ordinary life I pursued wasn’t what he truly wanted, and he eventually left me. I loved him to the core, and even after he was gone, I couldn’t bear to abort Gu Yan, so I resolutely gave birth to him. I thought I could be a good mother, wholeheartedly taking care of my child and living a simple life. However, I was truly fed up with the long and boring days, and I began to desperately yearn for the outside world, wanting to pursue the dreams I had given up. Later, I came to Y country. The competition in the construction industry is extremely fierce; without a recommendation from a senior, it’s almost impossible to get in. For the first few years after I arrived, I struggled to make any progress, constantly hitting walls, until five years ago when my design finally gained recognition.” Gu Hongxi’s voice trembled slightly, and tears welled up in her eyes.
“I did think about Gu Yan during those days, but I didn’t dare to think about him or contact him. I was afraid that if I contacted him, I would go back without thinking about anything and give up my dream again.” Gu Hongxi’s voice grew lower and lower, filled with pain and helplessness.
