Chapter 2: How blind I was to actually expect their familial affection.

Perhaps because they are close in age, Jiang Wenyu and Jiang Bai have the best relationship, and therefore Jiang He dislikes her the most.

Upon hearing Jiang Bai accuse him of stealing his manuscript, Jiang Wenyu immediately flew into a rage.

He shoved Jiang He hard and cursed.

"Jiang He! You're shameless!"

"This is clearly Jiang Bai's work. How dare you steal it and claim it as your own?"

"Do you think that just because you write something on paper and create a manuscript, it really becomes your work?"

"This is hilarious! Jiang Bai publicly performed this song three days ago. Everyone on the internet knows that 'Broken Bridge in Lingering Snow' is Jiang Bai's work!"

"How dare you shamelessly steal manuscripts! You're both stupid and vicious!"

Not satisfied with just scolding Jiang He, he started making a scene and yelled for Chen Mingyue to come over.

Chen Mingyue was furious when she heard this. She didn't give him a chance to explain. She not only scolded him severely, but also forced him to apologize to Jiang Bai.

In her past life, Jiang He cared too much about them, longed for their approval and care, and desired their love.

At first, he was furious. Why did Jiang Bai not only steal his manuscript, but also falsely accuse him of plagiarism? And why did he have to apologize and beg for forgiveness from Jiang Bai?

Seeing his mother, Chen Mingyue, red-faced and furious, his father, Jiang Hechuan, was also enraged and immediately called to berate him.

His four older sisters were also very dissatisfied and angry, bombarding him with phone calls.

Jiang Bai said, "Jiang He, you still refuse to admit your mistake? Do you want to anger your parents to death?"

If your parents get sick from anger, you'll be an unfilial son!

After being locked up for a day and a night, he finally bowed his head so that his parents wouldn't get sick from the stress, so that his four older sisters could be at ease, and so that his family could remain harmonious.

He admitted that he had stolen Jiang Bai's manuscript and apologized to Jiang Bai.

From then on, the Jiang family looked down on Jiang Bai even more, thinking that he was not only stupid, but also immoral, of low character, and of poor quality, and that he had even stolen and plagiarized his younger brother's work.

After that, Jiang Bai went even further, stealing his works while simultaneously playing the victim and framing him, accusing him of plagiarism.

In the end, the Jiang family became completely disappointed in him, deeply resented him, announced that they were severing ties with him, and kicked him out of their home.

He was destitute and homeless, betrayed by his only friend, and discovered that the goddess he regarded as his salvation was just using him as a substitute.

As soon as her beloved returned, the white moonlight immediately proposed breaking up.

Finally, after repeated setbacks and disappointments, and the hatred and disgust from his family, he was tormented to the point of developing depression and stomach cancer.

Penniless, he had no choice but to push himself to the limit to pay for his medical treatment, enduring excruciating headaches as he tried to recall his past life's memories.

After being tormented by a splitting headache for three days and three nights, to the point that he banged his head against the wall until it was bloody and mangled, he finally found ten classic works in his memory.

He recorded these notes in a notebook, intending to sell them to an entertainment company to raise money for his medical treatment.

Before he could even take action, he was stabbed to death in a dark basement by Jiang Bai's extreme brainwashed fans, who were also his own haters.

He was stabbed twenty-seven times, and blood was everywhere. Before he died, he called the Jiang family and said that he was about to die and asked if they could trust him one last time.

However, the Jiang family disagreed, believing that he was lying again and putting on a show of suffering.

She berated him harshly, told him to get lost, and said that even if she were to die, she wouldn't shed a single tear for him, and that if he wanted to die, he should die somewhere far away so as not to bring bad luck to them!

After saying that, he showed Jiang Bai all sorts of care and consideration, and treated him with great tenderness.

"Jiang He! Why don't you just die!"

"Oh dear, Jiang Bai, why did you sneeze? Are you alright? Don't tell me you've caught a cold..."

"Damn it! Jiang He, if you're going to die, go die somewhere else! Don't get in my way!"

"Jiang Bai, I'll make you some ginger soup, drink it quickly..."

"Jiang Bai, we love you the most..."

"Jiang He, get the hell out of here!"

...

For some reason, the phone call didn't end.

Jiang He was stabbed 27 times, and blood was everywhere. He lay in the cold and damp basement, surrounded by the curses of his family members and their concern for Jiang Bai.

Intense pain, immense suffering, and weakness from blood loss were all tormenting Jiang He.

In this immense torment, Jiang He lingered on like a dead dog, howling for a full two hours before finally breathing his last.

Jiang He was only 22 years old when she died.

After death, her soul ascended to the sky, and Jiang He looked at her cold corpse in the dark and cramped basement.

Then, looking at the Jiang family's luxurious and warm villa, one sees the Jiang family members surrounding Jiang Bai, creating a scene of great joy and warmth.

The last vestige of attachment to the Jiang family vanished completely.

Just consider yourself as someone who was born without the affinity of parents and relatives.

We're better off without family members like the Jiang family!

If he could do it all over again, he would never crave their familial love again...

These were Jiang He's last thoughts before her soul dissipated.

I thought I would just disappear like smoke, erasing the last trace of myself from this world.

Unexpectedly, when I opened my eyes again, I had returned to the past!

What surprised him even more was that, perhaps because he had died once, the memories of his past life were no longer a constraint in his mind and no longer had any effect on him.

He can finally live like a normal person!

At this moment, looking at Shen Mingyue, who had accused him of theft and plagiarism without any explanation and was now demanding an apology from him with a face full of anger.

Jiang He no longer felt the heartache and worry she once did.

Instead, I found it laughable.

That's absolutely ridiculous!

"Oh."

Thinking this, Jiang He laughed out loud without any restraint.
