Chapter 110 Su Xingzhou's Background

"If you don't care, then don't care! Who do you think you are?"

After getting out of Jiang Shengjun's car, Su Wanwan went to apply for jobs at various companies on her own.

After a quick glance at his phone, he realized, "It's four o'clock. Su Xingzhou is about to get out of school."

I hailed a small electric scooter and got home at 4:30.

Su Wanwan was surprised to see Jiang Yingning standing quietly at her doorstep, waiting for her to come home.

"Sister? What brings you here? You didn't even call me. If you had, I would have been back soon."

At this moment, Jiang Yingning's attitude was different from her usual self. Her former gentleness had disappeared, replaced by a kind of fortitude.

"If I hadn't come, I'm afraid someone as cunning as you would have driven my Jiang family crazy."

Su Wanwan didn't reply to her, nor did she know how to reply. She smiled without saying anything, took out her keys to open the door, and invited Jiang Yingning to sit down.

After sitting down on the sofa, Jiang Yingning decisively tossed out a paternity test report and said in a cold tone, "Take a look for yourself."

Su Wanwan took it and immediately understood at a glance that Su Xingzhou and Jiang Yingning were mother and son.

Jiang Yingning desperately needed an explanation; her voice trembled slightly.

"My son, whom I've been searching for for six years, how could he be here with you! You must give me an explanation!"

Su Wanwan quickly explained:

“Su Xingzhou was abducted and sold to one of my neighbors. Later, my neighbor in the countryside couldn’t afford to take care of him, so my mother said she would keep him with her.”

Jiang Yingning simply didn't believe her:

"Do you think I'll believe you just because you say that? I think you deliberately kidnapped him to use him to get close to Shengjun and achieve your ulterior motives!"

Su Wanwan hates it when people say that she approached Jiang Shengjun with ulterior motives. Indeed, she did have ulterior motives at the beginning, which she cannot deny. Perhaps the worst thing she ever did in her life was getting together with Jiang Shengjun because of five million!

Even so, she calmly explained to Jiang Yingning:

"It's all a coincidence. I was also looking for Su Xingzhou's biological parents, and I never expected it to be my sister."

Jiang Yingning still had doubts: "Then why didn't you give it back to me sooner?"

Su Wanwan replied helplessly, "I only just found out the truth. If you hadn't brought the paternity test results to me, I wouldn't have known the child was yours."

The conversation between the two reached a stalemate, and a tense atmosphere filled the air...

Just then, someone knocked on the door.

Su Wanwan thought it must be her roommate Zhou Shan, but when she opened the door, Su Xingzhou happily jumped in front of her:

"Sister, sister, are you surprised? I already told you, I can go home by myself. Now you can go to work with peace of mind."

Su Wanwan thought about how many cars were outside and how complicated the roads were. She had been worried that something might happen to him if he was alone, but she didn't expect him to come back.

"Xingzhou, you're amazing! How did you get along with your classmates today? Did anything interesting happen? Did you cross the street without running a red light?"

Su Xingzhou walked into the house, put his schoolbag on the desk in his room, and then sat down opposite Jiang Yingning, pouting and glaring at her.

She added, "Sister, why did you let this auntie in? Last time she chased me all over the villa like a madwoman. After she caught me, she even pulled my hair. It hurt so much!"

Jiang Yingning watched as Su Xingzhou's eyes reddened, and he stared at the child in disbelief, seemingly wanting to say something but unable to utter a sound.

Her gaze never left the child, as if she wanted to infuse all the longing and concern she had felt over the past six years into that gaze.

Hearing this, Su Wanwan was a little afraid that Jiang Yingning would be upset, so she lectured Su Xingzhou: "Xingzhou, do you want to know why Aunt Jiang is like this? When something happens, you can't just think about blaming her. Instead, you should think about the reasons behind it."

Su Xingzhou shook his head: "I don't know."

"Before I tell you, tell me first, do you miss Mom?"

Su Xingzhou lowered his head, tears welling up in his eyes as he thought of Li Wenyan, but he didn't want his sister to see his sadness, so he held back his tears and only said three words.

"That's what I thought."

Su Wanwan then reminded him, "Would Xingzhou like to meet his biological mother who gave birth to him?"

Upon hearing this, tears welled up in little Su Xingzhou's eyes. He thought Su Wanwan was going to abandon him and give him away to someone else.

He just cried and said:

“When I was bitten by a bunch of dogs, my mother didn’t mind taking me to the hospital for a shot, took good care of me, and took me in. But now my mother is no longer alive, and my sister is my most important family member. From now on, my sister will take Xingzhou with her wherever she goes. I, Xingzhou, will be good. I don’t know who my biological mother is, but my sister’s mother is Xingzhou’s mother, no one else.”

He was clever and probably guessed why Jiang Yingning had chased him around the Jiang family that day and pulled his hair, so he walked up to Su Wanwan and hugged her leg.

Sobbing:

"Sister, don't abandon me, don't give me away to others, sister is my family."

Su Wanwan stroked his head and said, "Xingzhou, don't worry, I won't leave you, but if your biological mother misses you, you should go see her."

Su Xingzhou looked at Su Wanwan, his long eyelashes wet with tears, still clutching Su Wanwan's clothes, and then turned to look at Jiang Yingning.

"I don't want to, and I don't want to see her."

Su Wanwan couldn't do anything about him. He seemed very afraid that she would abandon him, but she would never abandon him.
