Chapter 125 Fallacies!

In the living room, Aunt and Jiang Yingning came out together.

Jiang Yingning's attitude unexpectedly softened considerably, and she softly asked Su Xingzhou, "Don't you like Mommy?"

Children are innocent and naive, they don't lie, and they express their likes and dislikes very directly. He shook his head and hugged Su Wanwan's leg tightly.

Jiang Yingning then asked, "Mom allows you to choose the life you want, but you have to call Mom often, okay? Because Mom will worry about you."

Su Xingzhou thought for a moment, then said, "I understand, I will."

The atmosphere in the living room suddenly became less cold, and a faint warmth seemed to flow through the air.

Jiang Yingning said softly, "Then Mom will go first."

Su Xingzhou waved his little hand and blurted out, "Take care, don't bother seeing me off."

Upon hearing Su Xingzhou's words, Su Wanwan quickly covered his mouth.

Zhou Shan, who was standing to the side, laughed so hard she almost fell over, muttering, "You... Little Xingzhou, you're really making me laugh so hard I can't breathe."

A look of disappointment flashed across Jiang Yingning's eyes before she turned and resolutely left.

Su Wanwan quickly opened the door to see Jiang Yingning off, and comforted her, "Sister, I will urge him to call you."

Jiang Yingning replied with a hint of helplessness, "No need. I still hope he will call me first. Don't force him."

Su Wanwan glanced back at her aunt and couldn't help but sigh inwardly. Her aunt was truly remarkable; she had managed to persuade such a stubborn older sister.

The aunt raised her hand, gesturing for Su Wanwan to see Jiang Yingning off.

Su Wanwan nodded in agreement, and as soon as she opened the door, she caught a glimpse of Jiang Shengjun, who was approaching aggressively.

Su Wanwan and he exchanged glances. His cold, sharp eyes looked down at his sister, and he asked, "Sister? Are you here to visit Xingzhou?"

Jiang Shengjun watched his sister secretly wiping away tears, and his originally cold expression softened.

The older sister gently wiped away her tears and said softly, "I'm fine, I'm leaving now. Shengjun, you and Wanwan should get along well."

Just as Jiang Shengjun was about to offer some words of comfort, she had already turned and left in a hurry.

Seeing his sister leave, he grabbed Su Wanwan's hand without saying a word: "They should all be at home. I have some things on my mind that I want to tell you."

Su Wanwan forcefully shook off his hand, her tone sarcastic: "Mr. Jiang is sometimes normal and sometimes abnormal. I really don't want to have any communication with you."

Jiang Shengjun pinned her against the wall, closing in step by step, gripping her wrist tightly, and nailing her to the wall, roaring angrily, "Su Wanwan! How dare you play me today!"

Su Wanwan didn't back down and responded loudly:

"Then you left me alone in the suburbs in the middle of the night and made me walk back by myself! If I hadn't heard that netizens had written me out of the story, you wouldn't have bothered to look for me at all. Who's playing whom here? Before you say that, think carefully about what you've done!"

Jiang Shengjun stood alone in the corridor, gazing into the distance, his heart filled with endless regret.

He recalled the outrageous things he had done before, and his heart ached as if it were being pricked by needles.

He knew he had hurt Su Wanwan, but his proud and arrogant nature made it difficult for him to easily express his apology.

He clenched his fists tightly, secretly hating his own impulsiveness and foolishness.

A hint of helplessness flickered in Jiang Shengjun's eyes as he pondered to himself, "Why can't I control my emotions in front of her? Why can't I treat her as gently as I do with everyone else?"

Even though he was filled with remorse, he still refused to admit defeat.

He silently told himself, "I'm not going to apologize. I didn't do anything wrong."

However, whenever he caught a glimpse of Su Wanwan's sorrowful eyes, his heart would become increasingly conflicted and tormented.

Su Wanwan stared at him and asked again, "Why did you leave me in the suburbs and make me go home alone late at night?"

Her eyes were filled with tears, and seeing Jiang Shengjun made her feel as if she had returned to her childhood.

He was left outside by his parents and didn't go home to sleep for nights on end. He was bitten by mosquitoes, scorpions, and even snakes crawling on him.

Looking at Jiang Shengjun in front of her, she really couldn't forgive him from the bottom of her heart.

She loves him.

But she doesn't have masochistic tendencies!

Jiang Shengjun saw through the sadness in her eyes, but he didn't want to apologize to her like he had before.

The reason he abandoned her was because she didn't trust him at all, and kept insisting that the child in Ouyang Maomao's belly was his.

Why is it always him who has to apologize?

He is not convinced!

Su Wanwan pushed him away: "If you don't give me an explanation today, and if your emotions continue to be unstable, then I think we don't need to be together anymore. Go find someone who can tolerate your emotions."

After Su Wanwan finished speaking, she prepared to go back to the house, but Jiang Shengjun pulled her back, cupped the back of her head in his hand, and kissed her with his thin lips!

He felt a soft, sweet fragrance on his lips, and no matter how much Su Wanwan slapped his body, he wouldn't let go of her.

Just then, Zhou Shan opened the door and saw this scene, the door slamming shut with a loud bang.

embarrassed!

That's so awkward!

The sound broke the silence. Jiang Shengjun released Su Wanwan and then turned his back to the two of them.

Zhou Shan, carrying a bag of trash, grinned from ear to ear: "Um, well, I was just about to go downstairs to throw out the trash."

Su Wanwan looked at Zhou Shan and said, "Give it to me, I'll go throw it away."

Zhou Shan gave an OK sign, clearly wanting to create more opportunities for Su Wanwan and Jiang Shengjun to spend time alone together.

"Alright, alright, then you guys go and pour it out."
