"Hmm..."
Su Wanwan got up and stretched.
"It's a new day, wake up!"
In a daze, she tried to crawl with her mind for a long time but still couldn't reach the bedside. Only then did she realize that she was in the Jiang family's house.
Where's my phone?
She couldn't find her phone anywhere, so she kept groping around and, relying on the faint light from the gap under the blackout curtains, she finally managed to get out of bed.
Reaching out to pull back the curtains, I discovered the sun was setting, quietly hiding behind the Ferris wheel.
"What a nice view."
She wanted to capture this scene on film and create footage so she could share this beautiful moment online.
I searched for ages before finally finding my phone on the bed, and then I checked the time.
18:08 in the evening.
"Oh my god, it wasn't morning, it was night! I'm so confused, I can't tell day from night anymore."
Su Wanwan picked up her phone and recorded the scene.
She was taking the photos very seriously, unaware that Jiang Shengjun was standing behind her taking pictures of her.
For Su Wanwan, the Ferris wheel was the main attraction, while the sunset behind it was a secondary attraction.
For Jiang Shengjun, Su Wanwan was the main character, while all other environments were secondary scenes that served as foils.
As Su Wanwan was taking pictures, she suddenly turned around and found herself staring at Jiang Shengjun.
"ah!"
Seeing that Jiang Shengjun was only wearing a bath towel, Su Wanwan screamed.
"What are you yelling for? Shut up! It's not like we've never met before," Jiang Shengjun ordered.
Su Wanwan covered her eyes with her hands, which were clasped tightly together without any gap. When she heard Jiang Shengjun's voice, she gradually widened the gap.
Through the warm light from the window, one could see Jiang Shengjun's muscular physique and strong, muscular arms.
She asked somewhat embarrassedly, "When did you come in? Why didn't you tell me you were coming in?"
"Okay, next time I go into my bedroom, I'll let you know." Jiang Shengjun rubbed his hair, deliberately trying to please Su Wanwan.
Su Wanwan realized that this was his home and that she had been forced to become a prisoner, but she refused to give in.
"Your home is your home, don't worry. I'll pay you back when I earn five million."
Jiang Shengjun gradually approached her, forcing Su Wanwan back onto the bed step by step: "From the day we got our marriage certificate, you have been my wife. That five million is the betrothal gift from the Jiang family, and you don't have to pay it back."
Who wants to be your wife?
Su Wanwan really didn't want to develop any real feelings for him, otherwise she would have a hard time explaining it to Ouyang Maomao.
Between friendship and love, he values friendship more.
He wouldn't abandon his best friend for a man.
Jiang Shengjun stared at her, raising an eyebrow slightly: "Hmm? You don't want to be my wife?"
"I'm not willing! I can't do even a little bit," Su Wanwan said without hesitation.
Jiang Shengjun approached her step by step, getting closer and closer. His strong, bony hand gently pinched Su Wanwan's face, and he asked softly but forcefully, "Unwilling?"
Su Wanwan didn't speak, but nodded silently.
Her amber eyes were so clear they looked like they held a pool of water, and her earnest nod stirred his heart.
She seemed a little scared.
The moment the two looked at each other was like a battle between a big bad wolf and a little white rabbit.
"Unwilling?" Jiang Shengjun brought up the topic again, moving even closer to Su Wanwan.
So close you can feel the mist from the tip of her pen.
“I… Mr. Jiang, I have my own ideas, and you can’t impose your ideas on me.”
The more she explained, the closer Jiang Shengjun moved.
"Hmm?" A deep voice came, filled with intense tension.
"No... Mr. Jiang, please listen to my excuses, Mr. Jiang... wait a minute... Mr. Jiang..."
The more she argued back, the closer he moved, as if trying to force her to say what she wanted to say.
"Wait a moment!"
Su Wanwan was forced to lie on the bed, and Jiang Shengjun actually took the opportunity to press down on her.
"Wait a minute, Mr. Jiang... don't be impulsive!"
Su Wanwan couldn't break free, and Jiang Shengjun looked at her smugly: "Are you willing or not?"
Su Wanwan's body seemed to sense something poking her.
“Mr. Jiang, please don’t be impulsive. Please move aside and I will explain the specific reasons to you. Wait a minute… wait a minute, please move aside.”
Jiang Shengjun was determined to win; his thick, perfectly arched eyebrows gave off a chill.
But upon closer inspection, those eyes held a tenderness, and the faint fragrance emanating from him wafted into Su Wanwan's nostrils.
“Mr. Jiang, wait a minute, wait a minute... A forced relationship won’t be happy, we’re not a good match.”
Su Wanwan explained again, her soft little hands pushing against his strong, broad shoulders, preventing him from getting closer to her.
"A forced melon won't be sweet? Who said I'm going to force it? I'm going to fertilize it, weed it, and nurture it. A bitter melon is bitter when it's young, but when it's ripe, it's sweet."
Every word he spoke was aimed at getting Su Wanwan to say "I do".
But Su Wanwan refused.
If she makes such a promise and then fails to keep it, she will suffer from mental anguish.
Thinking of Ouyang Maomao, she felt even more determined not to let her down.
"Still not willing?" Jiang Shengjun asked again, his slightly dark red lips getting closer to Su Wanwan.
"Ah! Okay, okay, Mr. Jiang, I'm willing, I'm willing, please let me go, I was wrong, I was wrong."
That Jiang Shengyun! Isn't this just a case of being tortured into confessing?
I'm so angry.
Su Wanwan didn't blame herself.
She was forced!
After saying this, Jiang Shengjun saw that Su Wanwan had relaxed her guard, so he asked, "Have you ever been kissed by someone before?"
"You're sick!" Su Wanwan didn't want to answer.
