Commander Li personally brewed a pot of tea and invited Commander Tang and Su Lin to sit down.

Commander Li thought for a moment.
Even the nation's newest air defense missile system was developed by Principal Su; there's no need to hide it.
"Yes! Principal Su, you're still interested in this?"
"Commander Li, I'm not really interested. I just want to help you upgrade. Principal Su recently received an order."
Of course, we shouldn't let the benefits go to outsiders; if we develop it, we'll deploy it within our own ranks first, right?

Commander Li nodded.
"Principal Su, I need to apply for approval for this project from higher authorities."
According to regulations, this is a top-secret national research and development project.
It may take a little time!
"No problem, then I'll trouble Commander Li with the detailed R&D report, feasibility analysis, design drawings, and structural diagrams."
