Shen Li leaned against Chu Yang, her body trembling slightly.
Han Meimei chuckled and began to speak on her own: "My grandfather has seen ghosts a few times, but the one that terrified him the most was the shadow ghost he saw, which happened in the middle of nowhere..."

She shuddered.

Little Pear clung tightly to Chu Yang, her delicate body trembling.
Chu Yang said, both amused and exasperated, "Is it really that scary? She's only just begun her ghost story."
"Yes!" Little Pear buried her head in his chest.
"You have no idea, Meimei loves to scare us with ghost stories. She'll tell us one whenever she gets the chance. I have a feeling tonight's will be the scariest. Qingqing and Lili must think so too, which is why they ran even faster than us!"
Chu Yang was amused; he could tell she was genuinely scared.
So he patted her back gently: "Alright, I'm here. I'm brave and full of yang energy. Even ghosts would avoid me."
As soon as the words were spoken, a strange face appeared on the tent and slowly pushed its way in!
Chu Yang's chrysanthemum tightened, and he immediately screamed, "A ghost!!"
Little Pear turned her head and was nearly scared out of her wits: "A ghost!!"
