Seeing Shen Li and that damn scoundrel being so intimate and happy, Wang Shuai's heart ached.
At this moment, Xie Jialiang walked over and patted him on the shoulder, saying earnestly, "Don't be too impatient. I already said that this corner is very hard and difficult to dig. There's still time, let's take it slowly."
Wang Shuai's expression softened slightly, and he nodded.

Even finding a pebble shaped like a buttock makes me want to show it off.

Little Pear felt pity for it and thought for a moment before saying, "It's so pitiful, can I ride it?"
Chu Yang: "..."
"That way it can take me for a fun stroll," Little Pear added.
Chu Yang chuckled: "Maybe only you're happy. It's still too small to carry people."
"Then I'll play with it for a while," Little Pear said, gesturing, "Erlv, come here!"
Surprisingly, the little wild donkey actually came running over, wagging its tail.
This is a gray donkey, only a little over a meter tall, with fluffy fur all over its body. It looks like a cute, cartoonish animal, and it's kind of silly and adorable.
It approached the little pear, circled it once, then timidly nuzzled against it, sticking out its big tongue...
"Hey, hey, licking is going too far, shut up!" Chu Yang pulled Xiao Lizi away.
"Haha, it's so cute." Little Pear giggled and reached out to pat its head.
And so, they were stuck with the little wild donkey, which followed them everywhere they went.
Chu Yang found a corn cob and a carrot among the barbecue ingredients and fed them to it, and also picked some reeds for it to eat.
After eating and drinking its fill, the little wild donkey stayed quietly to one side, without making a fuss.
It was already noon, and the grilling began. Soon, white smoke rose from the stream, and the aroma spread far and wide.
Then Wang Shuai came to curry favor again, giving the first grilled skewers to Chen Li.
"I'm not hungry yet, let's give it to Qingqing and the others first," Shen Li politely declined.
"It's okay, it'll be ready soon, you eat first." Wang Shuai insisted on handing it to him.
Chu Yang's face turned cold, and he retorted without any politeness: "I already said I didn't want it, but you still kept offering it to me. Are you deaf or are you out of your mind?"
The entire room fell silent, and everyone turned to look at him.
Wang Shuai's hand, which was handing over the skewers, froze in mid-air. His expression turned awkward for two seconds before turning into one of embarrassment and annoyance.
Xie Jialiang stepped forward to stand up for his friend: "How can you talk like that? Wang Shuai kindly brought over the food, and you're swearing at him? We're all out having fun together, we're all friends, isn't it only natural to share food? Are you angry just because Wang Shuai gave it to Chen Li first?"
“I didn’t mean anything by it.” Wang Shuai shrugged, going along with his words.
Chu Yang smiled, but his eyes remained cold. He said, word by word, "Chen Li is my girlfriend. Any man other than her father who approaches her, regardless of his purpose, will be considered an enemy."
"I don't want to waste my breath on you, but if you keep acting like a lovesick fool, I'm telling you right now, I'll slap you across the face!"
Wang Shuai's face turned ugly, and he gritted his teeth: "You're the one who's infatuated! Try touching me and see what happens!"
"Then let's give it a try." Chu Yang took a step forward.
Shen Li also stepped forward, ready to follow Chu Yang's attack with her whirlwind kick.
"Chu Yang, forget it. We're all out having fun together, we should get along well," Song Qingqing and the others quickly stepped forward to dissuade him.
"You're so petty. As a man, you should be more magnanimous. How can you not even have this much magnanimity!" Xie Jialiang said sarcastically.
Chu Yang laughed: "Really? You really think so?"
"Of course!" Xie Jialiang blurted out, then paused, realizing that the smile was somewhat malicious.
Seeing that Chu Yang and Shen Li had left, he said to Wang Shuai, "You're too impatient. How could you be so obvious about it?"
Wang Shuai said dejectedly, "I'm sorry, I couldn't help it. I just can't stand seeing them being so affectionate."
Xie Jialiang shook his head helplessly and advised, "Don't provoke him yet, or that guy will really slap you. I can tell he's serious."
Wang Shuai sneered, "He dares? I'm not someone to be trifled with either!"
"Alright, alright, stop being so impulsive. There will be plenty of opportunities, don't rush things," Xie Jialiang said.
Wang Shuai nodded and glanced in that direction.
Then I saw that the scoundrel and Shen Li had already started their own barbecue.
After the barbecue lunch, everyone was free to do as they pleased.
