Shen Jia reprimanded Lü Zhu without stopping until her stomach growled twice, at which point she stopped and began eating dumplings.
She wolfed down a few bites, then, seeing Green Bamboo still standing in front of her, she slammed her chopsticks down and snapped, "Eat, eat, eat! Have you finished your work?"

Tears welled in Green Bamboo's eyes, but a hint of fierceness shone through them. She gritted her teeth, suppressed her anger, and took the bowl of dumplings out.

He reached out and patted the seat next to him, gesturing for her to sit down.
