The leader stroked his chin, his expression flippant, "Miss Mu, you're still as charming as ever after just a few days."
"If you are lucky enough to become my woman, I will cherish you like a priceless treasure and hold you in the palm of my hand every day."
"Pah!" Mu Xiaodie spat.
Instead of getting angry, the leader laughed, touched his cheek, and smelled it. "It smells so good."
"If you want good skin, you need Tai Tai oral liquid."
Mu Xiaodie: "!!!"
I've seen shameless people, but I've never seen anyone this shameless.
They have no sense of shame!
"Miss Mu, now that you're here, please try to persuade your parents to cooperate with our work."
"Don't block it like that, it's bad for your family."
Mu Xiaodie was furious. "I'm going to sue you."
"Go ahead, you're welcome anytime, but let me make this clear first: you're an adult, not a child, you need to think about the consequences."
The leader's words were laced with threat: "It would be terrible if an old lady were to be bumped into while shopping for groceries."
"It would be extremely unfortunate if the old man went out to walk his bird and encountered a vicious thug."
"Besides, do you think you can win by suing?"
"Don't you know that people in our line of work have connections above us?"
"You!" Mu Xiaodie was speechless with anger. "What exactly do you want?"
The leader beamed with delight, thinking he had it all figured out. "Simple! As long as Miss Mu is willing to be my girlfriend, everything will be fine."
"How about we give you the demolition compensation in one go, and also give your family an extra house?"
"Don't even think about it!" Mu Xiaodie refused without hesitation.
"Miss Mu, please don't blame us for being impolite. We advise you to leave immediately, otherwise..."
"Otherwise what?" Li Changfeng interjected.
Upon arriving at the destination, Li Changfeng remained silent, simply observing quietly.
They have no presence whatsoever.
This bunch of trash didn't take him seriously either.
Li Changfeng couldn't bear to watch any longer, so he finally spoke up and asked.
Is this a demolition site? Is this the person in charge?
More bandit-like than bandits, more hooligan than hooligans.
They oppress the people and exploit the villagers; they are not human beings.
"Who the hell are you? Who gives you the right to speak?" The leader glared, looking fierce.
He turned his head to look at Mu Xiaodie, then at Li Changfeng.
"I didn't expect Miss Mu to have an older brother."
“I am not a member of the Mu family.” Li Changfeng shook his head.
"Did I admit I was wrong? You two do look quite alike."
"But it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter who you are."
"Get out of here, you hear me? Sit quietly in the corner and play with your eggs with your hands behind your back."
"If you utter another word of nonsense, I'll chop you up," the leader boasted, pointing to a corner.
Li Changfeng took out a cigarette, lit it, and said in a nonchalant tone, "Are you talking to me?"
"Damn, you trying to show off, huh? You're trying to show off to me?" The leader was incredulous and laughed in anger.
I've seen too many ungrateful people; usually, a good beating will cure them.
"Yeah, you didn't even notice? Call me King of Kings." Li Changfeng mimicked the mannerisms of a chuunibyou (a person with delusions of grandeur).
"I'll make you a king, I'll beat you to a pulp in a minute." The leader's words were vulgar. "Go, beat him up, beat him as hard as you can."
I don't want to hear him say another word.
The meaning is clear: they want to beat him half to death.
A dozen or so men grabbed sticks and attacked without hesitation, showing no mercy and acting decisively and ruthlessly.
"Brother Feng, be careful!" Mu Xiaodie screamed a warning.
Li Changfeng, with a cigarette dangling from his lips, calmly dealt with the situation.
These weaklings are fine against ordinary people, they can even knock out the duodenum, but they've run into Li Changfeng.
An ancient martial artist with formidable fighting skills.
In Jinghai, Li Changfeng could crush whoever he wanted.
There are no rivals.
Even several powerful families couldn't withstand it, so how could these people possibly hold up?
Even God wouldn't dare to joke like that.
"Snap!"
"ah!"
"My hand!"
"Thump!" Li Changfeng's move was casual and light, as if he were playing around.
They didn't use their full strength at all.
Using even a tenth of their strength against such trash would be an insult to Li Changfeng.
Dealing with them is as easy as dealing with your children.
In less than a minute, all of the dozen or so people fell to the ground, groaning in pain.
Everyone either has a broken arm or a broken leg.
Li Changfeng slowly walked forward, smoking less than half of a cigarette.
"You...you stay away." The leader swallowed hard, flustered.
"Scared? Weren't you going to beat me so badly my own parents wouldn't recognize me?"
“No, I just said I don’t want to hear you say another word,” the leader corrected.
That's a good correction.
We need brave people like this.
"Bang!" Li Changfeng darted out and immediately kicked out.
The leader was launched like a stray bullet, his back slamming against the wall.
With a "thud," he landed on the ground.
Li Changfeng continued forward.
"Don't go too far, I... I have people backing me," the leader said with difficulty, each word uttered with immense pain.
"Tell me, I want to know who's so arrogant." Li Changfeng came over, squatted down, and said with a playful tone.
"Dingsheng Group, I am a member of Dingsheng Group."
"Dingsheng Group? Never heard of it." Li Changfeng genuinely didn't know; he wasn't pretending to be ignorant.
He then turned to look at Mu Xiaodie, "Do you know?"
Mu Xiaodie shook her head blankly.
"You don't even know about Dingsheng Group, yet you dare to hit me."
"You'd better kowtow to me and apologize, and slap yourself a hundred times."
