After leaving school, Xiatian took a taxi and found a park where they could have a self-service BBQ. Then, he shared his location with Qiu Mengyun via WeChat.
While waiting for Qiu Mengyun to come, he was not idle. He first rented a barbecue grill, a stand, coal and other supporting equipment from a merchant, and then bought some food ingredients and drinks.
He was not in a hurry to light the fire. In addition to giving Qiu Mengyun a greater sense of participation, he was also afraid that she would be recognized later. He planned to move to a slightly more secluded place after the two of them met.

"Are you sure there is food in here? You didn't trick me here to feed the mosquitoes just to make fun of me?" Qiu Mengyun said in disbelief.
"I'm not that boring."
"Okay, I'll trust you this time. Turn on the real-time location sharing, and I'll use it to find you." With the mentality that since she was already here, she had to go in and take a look, Qiu Mengyun got off the car.
After entering the park, Qiu Mengyun's previous doubts were quickly dispelled. She already understood why Xia Tian had called her here. As she walked along, she saw many people having self-service barbecues.

"Ah? Aren't we going to eat here? Why do we have to move somewhere else?" Before she even had a firm foothold, she was told that she needed to move to another place. Qiu Mengyun asked in confusion.
"It's not really a change of venue, just moving to a quieter place nearby. You are a public figure after all, and it would be quite troublesome if we were recognized while we were eating later. I looked before you came, and the riverside not far ahead is quite nice, not only quiet but also cool." Xia Tian explained patiently.

Qiu Mengyun carried Xia Tian's charcoal and the bracket and followed Xia Tian in the direction he pointed.
Fortunately, the place Xia Tian mentioned was not far away, just a few dozen meters away at a turn.
"Okay, now that my task is completed, it's up to you next. Let me tell you, I haven't eaten any snacks all afternoon for the meal you treated me to, so please don't let me down!" After putting the things on the ground, Qiu Mengyun picked up a small chair and sat there and started the sage mode.
"What are you thinking about? Didn't you see that I rented two sets of stoves? What do you think the other set of stoves is used for? It's used to make skewers for yourself!" Xia Tian rolled his eyes and directly blocked Qiu Mengyun's way to make trouble.
"Ah? You mean, I want to grill skewers myself too? You're the one treating me to a meal, shouldn't you be the one serving it to me?" Qiu Mengyun was completely stunned when she heard Xia Tian's words. She stared at Xia Tian with her big, innocent eyes, looking pitifully at him.
Xia Tian laughed and said, "How can something delicious be served right in front of your mouth? Wouldn't that be no different from eating at a barbecue restaurant outside? I brought you here so that you can experience the feeling of making your own food and having enough clothing."
While Xiatian was chatting, his hands weren't idle either. In the time it took him to finish a few words, he had already lit the charcoal fire in his stove. He then took out some chicken wings, lamb skewers, and other items from his bag and started roasting them on the stove.
Seeing that Xia Tian really had no intention of helping, Qiu Mengyun complained dissatisfiedly: "Humph! Just do it yourself. It's just making a fire and grilling skewers. What's the big deal?"
