Han Kai looked at the Empress, but inwardly he groaned.
In the past, even empresses would at least give him some perfunctory treatment.
Now they're not even going to be perfunctory anymore.
My heart aches, my heart aches so much.
"Alright, all of you, go back now. I need to rest for a while too!"
As she spoke, the Empress naturally placed her hand in front of Chen Chu.
Chen Chu immediately understood and took the Empress's hand, leading her towards the inner palace.
"Sister Boa, could you give me those ten thousand soul soldier prisoners of war?"
The Empress looked at Chen Chu with some surprise, "What do you need those soul soldier prisoners of war for?"
"Ahem, of course, it's to refine them all into Soul Flowers! I think since they are Soul Soldiers of the Soul Sea Kingdom, there might be some with ulterior motives hiding among them. Wouldn't it be better to kill them all and turn them into Soul Flowers to strengthen our Soul Serpent Kingdom?"
Chen Chu tentatively said something.
Empress Boa nodded slightly, "You're right, then let's do as you say!"
"Take my token to the camp later, and you'll be in charge of this matter!"
"Thank you, Boa!"
Chen Chu took a deep breath. Of the ten thousand soul soldiers, there were probably several hundred high-level ones!
So many experience points.
He might just break through to the Saint realm in one fell swoop!
"That's a saint!"
A realm that so many people dream of.
He only needed to run one super-large instance to achieve that.
Chen Chu, holding the token given to him by the Empress, first returned to the Imperial Garden, and then communicated with the other shore flower.
"Do you need me to find you a quiet place?"
The spider lily awakened when it sensed the aura of the sacred soul flower.
Moreover, Chen Chu could faintly sense the excitement of the other shore flower.
"No need, I can achieve the breakthrough within your mind!"
Chen Chu had a bad feeling about this. "You're not going to blow my brain up, are you?"
"Of course not. Our Red Spider Lily and the Sacred Soul Flower share the same origin, so there won't be any unexpected situations."
After thinking it over, Chen Chu decided to believe in the other shore flower, since killing herself wouldn't do her any good.
"Then be careful!"
After speaking, Chen Chu took out the Sacred Soul Flower. Suddenly, a blood-red light emanated from between his eyebrows, and the Sacred Soul Flower was absorbed into his mind.
"It will take me some time to break through. I'll tell you when I've done it!"
Even the usually calm tone of the other shore flower began to waver at this moment.
"Okay, I happen to have something to take care of!"
Chen Chu, holding the Empress's token, arrived at the military camp.
However, he did not expect that he would run into Han Kai, who was distributing Soul Flowers, at the military camp.
As the soul flowers were bestowed upon them, even though these soldiers were soul warriors, they felt joy.
Upon reaching the second level of the Ghost Realm, the ghosts and monsters there are essentially no different from ordinary people.
The premise is that these ghosts and monsters have reached the middle level.
The lower-level ghosts and monsters are still somewhat chaotic.
However, they didn't seem to think there was anything unusual about low-level ghosts.
It's like a frog seeing a tadpole and naturally assuming it's one of its own.
What are you doing here?
Han Kai naturally noticed Chen Chu.
He then spoke in a somewhat unfriendly tone.
"General Han Kai, I have come on the Empress's orders to handle official business. Please take me to the place where the Soul Soldier prisoners of war are being held."
Han Kai initially looked disdainful, but after Chen Chu produced the Empress's token, Han Kai, though somewhat displeased, still led Chen Chu to the prisoner-of-war camp.
The prisoner-of-war camp was like an open-air prison, situated within a massive array.
Different prisoners of war were trapped in different stone cells.
"Kid, let me warn you, I can't guarantee your safety once you're inside!"
Han Kai looked at Chen Chu with a wicked smile on his face.
Chen Chu, however, seemed completely oblivious.
"It's alright, General Han Kai will open the formation for me, I'll go in!"
"Alright, but don't blame me for not warning you, these prisoners of war are not to be trifled with!"
The armored warrior activated the formation, and Chen Chu strode confidently inside.
The formation was activated, and all the prisoners of war turned their gazes toward it.
They struggled, roared, and frantically stormed the stone cell.
But it had absolutely no effect.
The solid stone prison held them firmly in place, and unless an outsider opened it, they would have no way to escape, no matter how hard they tried.
Chen Chu scanned the more than one hundred stone cells and finally focused on the last few.
"That's where high-ranking prisoners of war are held. Isn't this delicate-skinned kid afraid of dying?"
Some of the soldiers were quite surprised to see Chen Chu walk straight to the innermost part of the building.
Someone nearby made a sarcastic remark.
"Didn't you see the general's bad temper towards him? This kid's probably going to get played to death by these high-level soul soldiers later!"
"Haha, I didn't expect there would be something funny to watch. Do you think he'll get eaten by those soul soldiers later?"
Many Soul Soldiers gathered around, watching Chen Chu's actions as if they were watching a circus monkey, unaware of its own limitations, testing the tiger's whiskers.
boom!
A stone cell was opened, revealing high-level soul soldiers inside, each with a fierce red light in their eyes.
They directed all their resentment at Chen Chu, who was standing right in front of them.
"Kid, you dare to come all alone?"
"Hahaha, it's just a high-level one. With so many souls, you don't even have enough to go around!"
