Chapter 55 The Revival of the Ancient Immortal Demon Hand

An overwhelming pressure suddenly rose up in the desolate peach orchard.

Chen Chu felt as if he were being crushed by a massive boulder.

I couldn't move an inch.

"Damn it, you're lying to me! Didn't you say there were no living creatures left in the Peach Garden?"

Little Ginseng was also terrified and clung tightly to Chen Chu's collar.

"I...I don't know either. There are definitely no living things left in the orchard...this..."

"Run! Run!"

"How am I supposed to run?!"

Chen Chu is now having trouble even breathing.

Most importantly, this pressure created an impulse in him from the bottom of his heart that made him not dare to escape, but instead wanted to turn around and worship.

This is the aura of the supreme being.

Chen Chu suddenly realized that it was this aura that was causing the trouble.

"No, I can actually run!"

"grafting!"

In an instant, Chen Chu transferred all the oppressive force he was receiving to the withered grass beside him.

The withered grass instantly turned to ashes.

Chen Chu hurriedly ran outside without daring to look back.

After running more than a hundred meters, Chen Chu finally dared to glance back.

Upon closer inspection, Chen Chu discovered a horrifying scene.

In the middle of the Peach Garden, a severed hand, holding a tiger-headed broadsword, slowly rose up!

A crimson aura swirled around the severed hand, drawing spiritual energy from the surrounding soil.

"This is……?"

Before Chen Chu could finish speaking, the little ginseng excitedly began to speak.

"I... I remember now. Back then, many people were fighting in the heavens. One immortal had his head chopped off, while his opponent had an arm torn off!"

"It was this arm that fell from the sky and landed in the Peach Garden!"

Chen Chu's eyes widened. "The immortal you're talking about who had his head chopped off, could it be Wu Gang chopping down the cassia tree in front of the Moon Palace?"

"Wu Gang?" Little Ginseng suddenly realized, "Yes, yes, but we all call him the Moon Goddess!"

Chen Chu found it somewhat frightening.

Even a single drop of blood that fell to the ground possessed such terrifying power, constantly creating vengeful spirits.

That hand must be terrifying.

"Red spider lily, would you like to eat this hand?"

Chen Chu asked himself a question.

However, the red spider lily seemed unwilling to accept this.

Chen Chu had no choice but to give up and watch what that arm would do next.

But he had a bad feeling.

The little ginseng suddenly said, "Aren't you going to run away? Are you going to stay here and cook for him?"

"What?"

Chen Chu asked a question, and then he saw an incredibly illogical scene.

The arm that held the tiger-headed broadsword was slowly growing, its flesh and blood intertwined.

Chen Chu watched helplessly as this arm grew into a shoulder, a heart, a neck, and a head...

"Hurry up, if he recovers, he'll eat you first!"

Little Ginseng quickly offered a reminder.

Chen Chu glanced at him and saw a strange-looking middle-aged man with raging demonic flames behind him!

Even though only half of the face was visible, Chen Chu felt his legs go weak and he wanted to kneel down after just one glance.

Chen Chu was also very decisive, turning around and running away.

The direction he ran towards was the place where Wu Gang chopped down the cassia tree.

Since Wu Gang was able to tear off this arm back then, he should be able to put up a fight now.

"Can you escape?"

Suddenly, a sentence unconsciously popped into Chen Chu's mind.

His steps suddenly came to a stop.

I found myself instinctively starting to walk back.

The little ginseng is getting anxious!

"What are you doing?!"

But Chen Chu wouldn't listen to him at all, and the little ginseng got so angry that he punched Chen Chu in the face.

Chen Chu felt as if he had been stung by something, and suddenly woke up!

Just a moment ago, he was actually bewitched!

Thinking about it, I looked up again at that eerie arm.

The little ginseng suddenly reminded him.

"Hurry up and don't look back at him!"

Chen Chu forcefully suppressed the urge to turn back and look again, then turned and headed directly towards the front of the Moon Palace.

At Chen Chu's speed, it would only take him a minute to reach the Moon Palace.

However, within that one minute...

The eerie middle-aged man above the peach orchard suddenly opened his eyes.

Those eyes, filled with a scarlet, bloodshot light, seemed to hold only cruelty and tyranny.

Now he is whole, no longer a severed hand.

"A mere ant dares to try and escape?"

Suddenly, the eerie middle-aged man narrowed his eyes and passed through several Moon Palace halls, immediately spotting Wu Gang chopping down the cassia tree in front of the Moon Palace hall.

"I never imagined that even though you are dead, the Dao still exists!"

"However, it's perfect nourishment for my rebirth!"

Chen Chu fled to the entrance of the main hall, somewhat out of breath.

The little ginseng looked scared. "Do you think that hand will come after us later?"

Chen Chu took a deep breath. "Guess? I think he probably wanted to eat you more before he ate me."

The little ginseng is now even more frightened.

Chen Chu chuckled teasingly, "Hey, hurry up and use whatever tricks you have. You've lived for so many years, are you afraid of one hand?"

"I, the Ginseng Immortal, am merely a local official in Heaven; I am not a heavenly soldier or general!"

The more the little ginseng spoke, the weaker his voice became.

However, at this moment he noticed Wu Gang, who was chopping down the cassia tree.

"Hey, Lord Taiyin, your enemy has appeared!"
