Chapter 5

Chapter 5

The wedding date is tentatively set for two months from now.

At the Nanye family villa, wedding preparations have quietly begun.

Wedding venue, guest list, guest etiquette, security procedures... everything is handled by a professional wedding planning company, while Minamino Hideichi focuses on only one thing:

Sakura's wedding dress.

"I want to take her to choose one myself."

These were his own words spoken at the family meeting, his tone firm, his green eyes conveying a sense of pressure: "Her wedding dress cannot be arbitrarily chosen or replaced by anyone."

Minamino Shiho couldn't help but laugh from the side, "Alright, alright, we won't interfere... You're such a clingy groom."

So, on a sunny weekend afternoon, Sakura was "half-coaxed and half-tricked" by Minamino Shuichi into going to a top-notch private custom wedding dress salon in Tokyo.

"Didn't you say you were just here to look at the fabric?!" she protested, sitting on the sofa clutching her stomach.

“I didn’t say I wouldn’t try it on.” He laughed matter-of-factly. “Your belly isn’t big yet, so it’s perfect for you to have it altered now.”

"You had this all planned in advance."

"Yes." He nodded frankly. "I want to see you in a wedding dress."

Inside the fitting room.

The stylist carefully dressed Hoshino Sakura in a specially designed wedding dress—a backless long gown with chiffon and lace interwoven, the skirt light and trailing on the ground, and adorned with a bow tie.

The cinched waist design perfectly accentuated her slender figure during the early stages of her pregnancy. Her long golden hair was styled up, with only a few wisps falling over her shoulders, making her look like a fairy straight out of a fairy tale.

"Ready?" The stylist smiled as she opened the fitting room door.

The next second, Minamino Hideichi, who was sitting outside waiting, looked up.

He witnessed that scene.

Light streamed through the curtains and fell upon her. She wore silver-white high heels, her skirt swaying gently, her collarbones peeking out from beneath her shoulders. The snow-white curve of her back was exquisitely elegant, her slender waist so delicate it seemed as if a porcelain doll could be snapped in two with a single hand.

She was the kind of person who was naturally charming. Not wearing a wedding dress was already enough to make people want to commit a crime. Now, dressed in snow-white, smiling gently and innocently, her slender waist, long legs, and the curves that were vaguely outlined were inexplicably deadly.

"...Shuichi?"

She saw him staring at her blankly, and cautiously took a step closer to him.

"I get really nervous if you don't say anything," she complained softly.

He did not respond.

He simply stood up and walked straight up to her.

His green eyes were deep and serene.

"Why are you staring at me like that..." she said shyly, her fingers tugging at her skirt, her cheeks flushed.

“You can’t wear this…” he said in a low, hoarse voice.

"Wh...what do you mean?"

“It’s too revealing,” he said through gritted teeth. “This wedding dress has an opening from the back to the waist, showing off my shoulder blades.”

"This...this is the kind of cut and design a wedding dress should have!"

"I won't allow anyone to see you like this." He was breathing heavily, his eyes reddening, and he grabbed her waist, pulling her tightly into his arms.

She didn't react for a moment, burying her face in his chest.

"Shuichi?"

"You're so beautiful, I... don't want anyone else to see you." His breath was hot, his nostrils brushing against her neck, exuding a dangerous and oppressive aura. "Do you know... every time you show your shoulder blades, I want to pin you down on the bed."

"Keep your voice down! There are other people here! Don't get horny!!!"

"You're my fiancée now, and you're dressed up so beautifully for me."

"I...I was just showing it to you!" She was so embarrassed she was practically fuming. "Don't look at me like that...Hey...You're getting too close—"

"You'd better not move." His voice was so low it was almost touching her ear. "If you shake me any more, I really won't be able to control myself."

"Are you a dog?!"

"I am a fox. A fox that only goes into heat with you."

The stylist quietly left the fitting room, closed the door, and twitched his lips: "...I won't bother you, I won't bother you."

Ten minutes later, Sakura sat back on the sofa with flushed cheeks, holding an ice pack to the back of her neck.

"You're a pervert!! You kissed the back of my neck for so long, I almost screamed in the store!"

“That’s because you’re dressed too alluringly,” Minamino Shuichi said matter-of-factly. “You seduced me.”

"...I want to change my wedding dress, I want the fully enclosed style!!!"

"No," he whispered, leaning closer. "I like this outfit the most on you."

"I like you my foot! I told you not to get horny!"

“I’ve already restrained myself.” His green eyes were reddening. “Didn’t you see I’ve already given my mind a cold shower?”

"..."

"I'm serious."

"You're lewd."

"He was very serious about it."

"...You are beyond saving."

They ultimately chose that "sexy backless" wedding dress, which was custom-made and paid for by Xiuyi herself.

While pretending to be disgusted, Hoshino Sakura secretly chuckled as she watched him sign the document, his ears turning red.

Her face was also flushed, but he didn't notice.

This sweet cohabitation and wedding preparations have only just begun.

Night fell, and the city lights began to twinkle.

Minamino Shuichi gripped the steering wheel, focused intently on driving, without uttering a single word the entire way. His long red hair cascaded over his shoulders, and his thin lips were pressed tightly together.

Sakura Hoshino, sitting in the passenger seat, secretly glanced at him.

The man's profile was clean and austere, his green eyes appearing deep and dangerous in the light and shadow—he had been silent ever since he came out of the wedding dress fitting, but she knew he was "restraining himself."

Because the veins on the back of his hand were very prominent.

"Hey..." Sakura couldn't help but speak softly, her voice tinged with a light laugh, "What are you holding back?"

"Don't speak," he said in a low voice. "If you make another sound, I'm afraid I'll just pull the car over to the side of the road."

"What do you want to do~" she said in a soft, coquettish voice, her tone like she was trying to provoke him, "Didn't you say you could put up with it?"

"...Do you know what that look you gave me when you turned around and looked at me while holding your skirt just now looked like?"

He turned to stare at her, his deep green eyes saying, "It's like a vixen inviting me to commit a crime."

"Then I really... brought this on myself." Sakura smiled, her eyes crinkling. "Who told you to take me to pick out such a revealing wedding dress?"

He gritted his teeth and whispered, "I was rational then, but I'm not now."

Back at the Minamino family villa, as soon as he stepped into the entrance hall, he picked up Sakura and carried her straight to the master bedroom.

"Hey—you, calm down! I'm still trying on my modified wedding dress!"

"I'll help you take it off in a bit."

"...You're completely out of your mind!!!"

The master bedroom door clicked shut.

Sakura gently sank into the soft bed, and was softly placed on the white sheets, the heavy breathing of the man beside her.

“Sakura…” He leaned over her, his eyes locked on her dangerously, “I really can’t hold back anymore.”

"Didn't you say you wouldn't touch me before we got married?" She dodged his approaching lips, but her eyes were full of laughter.

“I said I would try to restrain myself,” he said in a low, husky voice, “but the way you were acting just now…were you deliberately trying to provoke me?”

Sakura smiled slightly, reached out and hooked her arm around his neck, pulling him closer, her red lips almost touching his.

"And now? What if I don't run?"

"You are responsible."

"Then..." she whispered in his ear, her breath sweet as orchids, "I'll help you."

Her voice was alluring and low-pitched, carrying a gentle yet ambiguous laugh.

She slowly raised her hand and gently stroked the red hair on the side of his neck. Her fingertips brushed against his skin like feathers, as soft as a dream.

She laughed, her cheeks flushed, "Didn't you say—I'm your fiancée, it's my duty to take responsibility for you?"

"You...you shouldn't talk nonsense..." Xiu Yi's Adam's apple bobbed as he forced himself not to lose control of his desires. "You're pregnant now, you can't be too—"

"Then you won't let me kiss you?"

"I can kiss you... but not any deeper..."

"So what are you doing now?" she asked innocently, a smile in her eyes, her red lips already rosy from his kisses.

Minamino Hideichi gritted his teeth and whispered, "Just you wait... After you give birth, I'll show you what true 'doting on your wife' really means."

Sakura covered her face, "You just want to do something lewd to me."

"Only to you," he whispered, his lips gently touching her forehead. "You make me burn every day."

That night, Minamino Shuichi simply held her tightly, encircling her entirely in his arms, as if he were holding a precious treasure.

He did not cross the line.

But his lips touched her collarbone, her neck, her forehead, each touch filled with deep affection, like leaving an imprint, telling the world:

This person belongs to him.
