Chapter 12 Vampire Fagga (1/2)

"Oh, they heard us."

Fagga spoke calmly, extending his hand.

"Tch, how can you be so shameless?"

Eileen closed her eyes in disgust, sighed, and slapped down Fagga's parasol, making a loud cracking sound as it hit Fagga's palm.

It was a sharp crack, and it sounded painful.

Eileen immediately regretted it. She opened her eyes and mumbled apologetically, "I'm...sorry, I couldn't control myself."

After all, they were companions who had shared joys and sorrows. Although Fagga's personality was rather strange, he shouldn't be criticized too harshly.

"It's okay. I was feeling guilty for hurting you with my words just now, but after you hit me, I realized that my guilt was completely unnecessary."

Fagga took the parasol and eagerly opened it, revealing a small, shady spot under the clear blue sky, far beyond the reach of the sun.

Eileen clearly saw that Fagga's previously numb face was now filled with ecstasy, and her tense body immediately relaxed.

Even though he hadn't rested, Fagga's condition improved significantly in an instant, which was strange.

Ellen nodded to herself; it seemed that Fagga's skin allergy was quite severe.

See, even just slightly avoiding the sun is a form of liberation for Fagga!

However, Ellen still complained, "If you talk like that, no one will want to be your friend."

"Do I have many friends?" Fagar looked at Ellen with a puzzled expression.

Tsk!

Eileen slapped her forehead, speechless with surprise.

Damn it, in the hours following the arrival of the Void, Fagar displayed his divine power, impressing all his classmates and suddenly gaining popularity.

So much so that Ellen forgot that Fagar had no friends before the Void descended!

"Forget it, I don't really need friends anyway. I should focus on dealing with what's right now. After leaving the cave, I still need to find a job."

Fagga waved his hand, shifting his gaze to the icy mist. He opened and closed his eyes, and his eyes, which had just returned to normal, suddenly turned scarlet again.

Ha, if you're going out to find a job, then what's the point of going to school?

Eileen sighed, then suddenly her expression froze as she realized something was wrong.

What did Fagga just say?

Let's get right to the point!

Wait, I remember the Dead End Butcher was...

Ellen's eyes widened in shock as she quickly turned her head toward the direction of the icy mist.

Turning her head, she saw something shooting out of the icy mist. Squinting to look closely, she saw it was a beam of white light.

That is...

Oh no! It's flying this way!

Eileen tried to dodge, but suddenly her legs gave way.

Damn it, why now!

However, the white light did not pierce through as Eileen had imagined; instead, it was grasped tightly in Faga's hand before it could even get close to her.

"It actually bounced back! The second form of the Dead End Butcher can forcibly remove its own negative status. Amazing."

Faga laid the longsword flat in front of him and examined it carefully. Seeing that there was no obvious wear, he put it away in the parasol with peace of mind and instructed, "Ellen, just like before. I will focus on suppression, and you find an opportunity to deliver the fatal blow."

However, Fagga did not receive a reply from Ellen.

"Eileen?"

Fagga asked with a puzzled look, tilting his head slightly to observe Ellen's condition.

It turned out that Eileen was kneeling on the ground, her eyes half-open and half-closed, only managing to keep herself from falling into a coma thanks to sheer willpower.

Tch, the Shark-like people's high energy consumption is unique!

Fagga sighed softly, suddenly feeling the approaching wind pressure.

As he turned around, the Dead End Butcher had already burst out of the icy mist and threw a punch at him!

The sharp force of the punch grew larger and larger in Fagga's eyes until it completely filled them.

Bang!

With the force of a single punch, Fagar, carrying Ellen, was sent flying backward. A wall dented instantly, and several bricks fell down, leaving the two of them covered in dust.

"Cough...cough, that fucking hurts!"

Fagga pushed aside the bricks, dusted himself off, and staggered to his feet, leaning against the wall. Suddenly, a tearing pain surged through his right arm.

Looking down, I realized that my right arm was broken and my elbow joint was twisted in an odd way.

Just now, in order to save Eileen, he took a punch from the Dead End Butcher!

That one punch almost crippled Fagga!

"Hello!"

Fagar reached out his left hand toward Elaine, but his eyes remained fixed on the Dead Road Butcher, who had dropped his giant axe and now had two hands protruding from his shoulders, lying on the ground and glaring menacingly.

"We have to run, Ellen. The escape plan has failed. We need to find a cool way to plan our escape route."

"You're quite humorous in trivial matters."

Eileen squinted, trying to open her eyes but unable to, her voice betraying her weariness: "You can go now, but if it's convenient, please take me with you, thank you."

Before Fagga could answer, the Dead End Butcher moved.

boom!

With a single stomp, he shattered the ground. The hundred-meter distance was now nothing more than a foot away from the Dead Road Butcher. He lunged forward and flew over, smashing through the wall without stopping, and then launched another fierce attack on Fagar.

Seeing that things were not going well, Fagga grabbed Eileen by the arm and lifted her up without waiting for her consent, placing his left hand on Eileen's tail.

“My tail…” Ellen said wearily.

Unfortunately, Fagga didn't hear him and ran off with the sack slung over his shoulder.
