About ten minutes later.
Lycahn glanced down at his pocket watch, then looked up at the mess on the ground, and said in a deep voice, "Gentlemen, leave a few of you who are still sober."
"ah?"
Hearing the sound, Eileen turned around and looked back at the rebel soldier who was already unconscious under her giant scissors.
After blinking and thinking for a moment, Eileen kicked the person down the steps. Then she put her hands behind her back and acted as if nothing had happened.
A sense of helplessness welled up in his heart. Lycahn's gaze lingered on Elaine for only a moment before he helplessly looked away and shifted to the others.
"Kelin?"
When Colleen heard Lycaen call her name, she trembled with fear and clutched her chainsaw tightly. She turned around timidly, her eyes revealing a hint of panic.
Then he quickly turned around and apologized, his voice rising with nervousness: "I'm sorry, Mr. Lykan. I thought they could hold their own a bit longer, so..."
Looking at the timid Colleen, Lycahn finally sighed and said, "Have confidence in your own strength, Colleen."
“Yes, Mr. Lykan, Corinne remembers!”
Upon hearing this, Kelin quickly bowed again, looking flustered, and it was unclear whether she had actually listened.
My gaze shifted again, landing precisely on Lina, who was floating out from behind the wall.
Lina seemed to sense something and subconsciously turned her head, just in time to meet Lycan's expectant gaze. She immediately understood the meaning in Lycan's eyes.
But when she thought of the rebels behind the wall who had been electrocuted unconscious by her, Lina couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed.
For a head maid in a Victorian household, maintaining a dignified demeanor is an essential skill.
Then, Lina straightened her head, her strange expression gradually fading, replaced by a warm and gentle smile. She covered her mouth with her small hand and said:
"Oh dear! Those guys were so disrespectful to my child, so I hit them a little too hard."
Halfway through her sentence, before Lykan could even give her a stranger look, Lina turned her body slightly and looked further behind the wall:
"However, I remember that Fagga seemed to have left a few words behind."
As Lina said.
A moment later, Fajar grabbed one person by the back of their collar and dragged two people dressed in rebel uniforms over.
When Fagga got closer, everyone could see him clearly.
Both rebels had lost their helmets, and blood was gushing from their knees.
As Fagar dragged along, he left four long trails of blood.
Faga threw the two rebels in front of Lycaen and crossed his arms, saying, "I just asked around, and these two are a squad leader and a vice-captain, respectively."
As he spoke, Fagga pointed to confirm their identities.
The vice-captain, though a bit weak-willed, quickly figured out who was in charge among the group with a glint in his eye, and immediately began to wail loudly:
"Brother, brother. I've only been in this line of work for a short time. I was forced into this situation. Please forgive me this time, just this once!"
As he spoke, he wiggled and crawled toward Lykan, trying to grab Lykan's leg.
Lycahn, however, stepped back, causing Lycahn to miss his target, and a look of impatience appeared on his face.
As a gentleman, he forced himself to suppress his emotions and remained as polite as possible, saying in a deep voice, "Vice Captain, please maintain the most basic courtesy. Otherwise, I will consider handing you over to the police."
Hearing that Lykan's words seemed to soften somewhat, the vice-captain was overjoyed. He immediately jumped to his feet, nodding vigorously, "Good, good..."
"You're my ass!"
