Side Story: Sleepwalking, Sardine's Counterattack (1/2)

Seeing that Fagar had kicked a large hole in the wall, Ellen clicked her tongue in amazement.

However, after taking two steps, she suddenly stopped.

It was like eating too fast; by the time her tongue caught the taste, she had already swallowed the huge piece of ginger whole, mistaking it for a chicken leg. Her throat immediately burned, she wanted to vomit but couldn't, her mouth tasted astringent, her face was filled with astonishment, and her voice suddenly rose eight octaves:

"Dry the clothes?!"

Upon hearing the sound, Fagga turned around, his legs immediately stopping, and the splashing water beneath his feet also ceased.

He tilted his head, looking puzzled. "Is there a problem? The job isn't over yet. You don't want to be working in wet clothes later, do you?"

However, even though she knew that Fagga was right, Ellen still couldn't help but squat down, clutching her head in a frantic manner, her heart filled with inexplicable throbbing, embracing a shy, painful, and sorrowful cry.

Aaaaaaaaahh ...

I also need to dry the clothes in the dryer!!!

Does that mean I'll have to take off all my clothes later, be completely naked, stick them on a rack to dry, and then sit next to Fagga by the fire, letting Fagga see me completely naked?

Aaaaaaaahh ...

How did things turn out like this?!

Nevertheless, the things that need to be done must be done.

Without waiting for Elaine, Fagar used his wings and arms to lift several ether batteries and slowly slipped out through the hole he had just kicked open. His voice drifted eerily throughout the flooded room.

"Hurry up, Eileen. Time is short, and the task is important. We haven't finished our commission yet!"

After Fagar finished speaking, Ellen finally stopped her adorable screams and looked up at Fagar's back.

But where can you still see Fagga's silhouette?

Fagga left long ago!

"Hey, wait for me! Don't wander around in the cave!"

Ellen immediately chased after him, passing through the large hole that Fagar had just kicked out, and then turned her head to look.

Fagga was walking along the same path he had come from, his wet trousers dripping water everywhere, the damp ash along the way serving as his best guide. Even without the carrot, Eileen could probably find Fagga's location easily.

"Hey, vampire, slow down! Your wet dress is so... heavy..."

Eileen called out and was about to chase after him when she suddenly felt her mind go blank and her head spin.

Damn it!

Has my physical strength been depleted to this extent?

During the previous battle, I didn't realize how easily I could chase after Fagar and beat him up when I had the buff from the black and white dolls.

But now that the black and white doll's buffs were gone, and the lingering effects of fatigue hit her, Eileen suddenly felt dizzy, her heels went weak, and the next second there was a loud bang.

Eileen's vision was blurry. She knelt on one knee, using the giant scissors as a crutch to keep herself from falling.

However, as time slipped away like water droplets on the hem of a skirt, Ellen's small hand holding the giant scissors loosened again and again, and it looked as if it was about to fall.

Eileen struggled to stay upright, but her wet maid's skirt continued to rob her of what little warmth she had left. Strands of her hair clung to her ears, and the surrounding environment felt like an icebox to her at that moment.

Damn it, I actually fainted from the cold... Pfft!

Just before Eileen lost consciousness, she suddenly felt herself being embraced in a warm embrace. A pair of strong arms were holding her tightly, and warm breath gently landed on her collar, then lingered around her and slowly spread outwards.

It's so itchy... but it feels so good.

In her light sleep, Ellen wrinkled her little nose slightly before slowly relaxing. She quickly turned and snuggled into his arms, her little hands curled up, greedily clutching Fagga's equally wet shirt.

It's hot and humid, and a bit salty.

This was Ellen's last consciousness in her light sleep; her thoughts quickly sank into a deeper dream.

In his sleep, a ferocious great white shark engages in a fierce battle with sardines in the ocean.

The great white shark grinned, and with a sweep of its thick tail, the sardine was struck hard and froze in place.

The great white shark was overjoyed and immediately draped itself over the sardine like an octopus, forming an unbreakable cage that tightly locked the sardine inside its body.

The sardines seemed to foresee their impending death, so they struggled desperately, their two fleshy fins constantly thrashing about.

"My fish... don't run away... ugh~ damn it, don't resist, let me take a bite, just one bite!"

During the struggle with the sardines, the great white shark uttered incoherent mutterings and opened its mouth to bite, its sharp teeth almost digging into the sardines' scales.

The clove's little tongue made a slight contact, and... um... it was the taste of fear!

A soft, slightly moist tongue licked the sardine's neck, causing it to pause in surprise.

The next second, the sardine suddenly found a burst of strength from nowhere and managed to force open the great shark's jaws, finally managing to escape the shark's embrace with all its might.

The warmth in his arms gradually faded away, and the great white shark felt a deep sense of loss.

She lay on her side and used her own tail as a blanket.
