Time and space have become distorted.
From time to time, there are some dark and empty places on both sides of the asphalt road. Those places seem to have been completely deleted from this world. As long as you walk into them, you will fall into the turbulence of time and space and get lost in them.
Tall buildings circled and flew in the air, and purple ether crystals took root wherever they could.
The sun has long disappeared from the sky, but the world is still bright.
Desolate, dilapidated,
There is no trace of civilization left except for the ruins.
Fortunately, the watch is still functioning normally.
"It is now the one hundred and seventyth year since New Ailidu was swallowed by the Aether."
A man wearing a mask and a leather jacket walked slowly in this deserted place.
His name is Baimu, a human.
Or, you could call him the God of Time, Astraea.
Two hundred years ago, his wife died of old age. One hundred and ninety-seven years ago, he discovered that he would grow old but not die.
The Bai family, including children, grandchildren, is already in good order.
The world no longer needs him, but he feels his wife needs him.
So he made a coffin for himself, put on the leather jacket and leather hat his wife had given him, and lay down in the coffin.
He slept for a very long time, so long that he didn't even know that the world had been destroyed.
His only purpose in crawling out of the grave was to figure out what was happening in the world.
What on earth happened during the two hundred years he was away?
He didn't remember how long he had been walking, but every day when the alarm on his watch rang, he would silently write down a number. When the number exceeded 365, it meant that a year had passed. He just kept walking forward.
Being able to endure loneliness is his ability, and it is also the divinity bestowed upon him by his identity as the God of Time, Astraea.
Empty and deserted,
He walked forward again.
After climbing over a huge mountain of garbage made of construction waste and old machinery that he had never seen before, he looked forward.
There were actually two children jumping and playing in the garbage dump.
"How could there be someone in the cave?"
He said this, approaching the two children with doubts in his mind.
The two children also noticed him, "Uncle, who are you and why did you come back from the Land of Extinction?"
The older child asked.
"Akuan, the uncle must have gone out on an adventure. I heard there's treasure in the Land of Extinction."
"And there are remains of purebloods and half-bloods too. Sounds so cool!"
Bai Mu listened to their conversation.
Pure-blooded people, mixed-blooded people.
"Who are you then?"
The two children looked at each other and immediately replied with a smile: "We are Etherians."
"Uncle, play with us."
The older child is called Akuan and the younger child is called Azhai.
Ether…
Bai Mu silently memorized the name.
This name has never appeared in any history.
Bai Mu squatted down and responded: "I can play with you, but you have to take me to your place after that. I want to read some history books."
"History? Oh! Uncle, you mean the clan code!"
"Those things are so boring. Why do you want to watch this kind of thing, uncle?"
Bai Mu: "Let me read the clan code, and I will play with you."
He loosened his old bones and took off his leather hat.
It was the face of a middle-aged man, and the years still left mottled marks on his face.
White hair and a gentle face.
The two children nodded, "Okay!"
"Uncle, let's play hide-and-seek. We hide and you find."
Bai Mu nodded and just looked at them.
The two children looked very happy. In front of Bai Mu, they stretched out their hands and tore a hole in the space.
Just went straight in.
"Uncle is here to see us, hahahahahaha."
Different from the cheerful laughter of the children, in addition to the calmness brought by experience, there is also a hint of shock deep in Bai Mu's eyes.
Ether…
Tearing space apart with bare hands, Ether Man.
He didn't look for it, but just stood there motionless.
Soon, the two children got tired of hiding and came out from beside Bai Mu, saying, "Uncle, you are not fun at all."
"That's right, Azhai, he doesn't even come to see us."
Bai Mu shook his head, "I don't have the ability to tear open space."
When these words were spoken, the two children were shocked. Their mouths were open and their pupils were shaking.
"ah?"
"Uncle, are you pure-blood or mixed-blood?"
"Akuan! Whoever this uncle is, he's definitely not an Etherian. Take him back and talk to the clan leader."
The two children each grabbed one of Bai Mu's hands, tore open the space and dragged him in.
All Bai Mu could see was infinite chaos of time and space.
He felt as if the left side of his face was in the Arctic glacier, and the right side of his face was in the lava of a volcano.
His thighs were gradually shrinking back to their childhood size, but his neck had swelled to the point where it seemed three or four times thicker.
He was completely speechless and unable to think.
He even felt that his left and right brain were separated at this moment.
Soon, he was brought out of the turbulence of time and space, and in front of him was a peaceful town with a large population.
Most of the people were wearing the same linen clothes he had seen in the old civilization paintings collected by the great master.
The buildings also have different styles. On the left side of the street are huts mixed with castles, and on the right side are buildings surrounding a campfire.
