Chapter 25 The Colonel is Here

Chapter 25 The Colonel is Here

The night grows darker.

The Zerg are more energetic than humans and they don't feel tired even after walking for a long time. However, Lin Pu felt a little sleepy according to his biological clock.

Walking through the deserted dark streets and stepping on the insect-made lawn, it seems to be aimless, but in fact it is radiating outward with the aircraft as the center.

Using infrared scanning technology, no corner is left out.

Limp stared blankly, looking for nothing but magnificent buildings representing the most advanced technology of the Zerg.

But not only was there no trace of Heras's sire, not even a single insect was seen.

The rustling sound made Limp sober up immediately. There was only the warm hand of Heras by his side, which Limp had shamelessly held a few hours ago.

Hidden beneath the inky black, the sound of breathing was swallowed up by the boundless silence, as if something was about to break out of the shell.

Heras paused slightly, but then continued to move forward as if he was unaware.

Limp retracted his fingers, and his fingertips touched the palm of Heras's hand.

It counts as a silent reminder.

Heras didn't respond, but pinched back.

The sweat on Limp's palms merged with Heras's, making him feel a little embarrassed.

Fortunately, Heras did not give up and let go.

After the movement, there was silence for a long time, almost making Limp feel that the creature behind him had disappeared.

The temperature in the air is getting lower and lower.

Visibility is very low.

There was a sound of breaking wind, and Limp turned around sharply, but Heras did not move, but just held Limp's hand tightly.

"Hold still. Put your hands up."

A lazy voice with sleepiness.

"Who are you? How dare you approach this area? And... there's a male insect?"

Limp felt a cold, hard object pressing against his lower back.

Gun?

He hasn't touched this thing yet.

In that split second, there was no fear in Limp's mind, but instead some chaotic thoughts popped up. He subconsciously let go of Heras and wanted to tell him to run away.

But before he could finish his words, they were drowned out by the strong wind that blew in his face.

It seems to be mixed with a little gray.

Heras still didn't let go of Limp, but he had changed his position to behind Limp.

The sound of guns being knocked down, fists hitting flesh, gradually heavier breathing and suppressed groans.

The fighting was fierce.

But Limp could feel that Heras's hand was holding him all the time. His skin was not delicate, but the touch was just right and it felt very comfortable.

There was no drastic pulling, which meant that Heras' position didn't change much, and he was able to fight with other insects with ease.

Lin Pu had a clue in his mind, and his thoughts gradually wandered.

Where did Heras learn all this? School? (Crackle, bang, bang!)

The original owner also went to school, why is he so ignorant and useless? (Bang!)

This hand is a real hand. It would be nice to hold it for a little longer. (A suppressed scream.)

Since Heras was willing to let him stay with her, did he still have some soft-heartedness towards him?

His level cannot restrain Heras for his whole life, but what if a miracle happens during the second differentiation?

Can he pursue Heras to be his queen? (There is a sound of heavy breathing like a bellows.)

While holding Heras's hand and daydreaming, Limp noticed that the sounds around him had disappeared.

Heras's hand twitched but he didn't break free.

Then Limp heard Heras's cold voice: "Let go."

"I'm scared."

Without hesitation, Limp threw away his dignity and hugged Horus's arm, refusing to let go.

In the darkness, the shame seemed to have dissipated a lot.

Then laughter was heard.

It was still the same sleepy voice from before, but it was now muffled with a grin, as if the person had been hurt by a blow.

"Colonel, where did you get this male insect? Isn't it more interesting than those vampires on the main planet?"

"Jerry, what are you guys doing around here?"

Heras did not answer his question, but changed the subject lightly, hiding Limp behind him, and did not mention taking his hand back.

Limp followed Heras contentedly, listening to their conversation as they walked.

The other party's tone was very familiar, and there was a hint of intimacy in his complaints.

"We're on sentry duty. The colonel's gone, and the brothers are stuck in the mud. All we do all day is stand guard and clean up."

A former subordinate of Heras.

The relationship is very good, and he is also a little afraid of Heras.

Limp made his own judgement in his heart and did not associate the matter with himself.

In the next second, he was hit hard by the cruel reality.

Jerry was angry: "How did you escape? Are you injured? Don't let me see your master, or I'll make him pay!"

Limp took a sudden step forward and stepped on Heras' heel. He staggered for a moment before steadying himself.

Yes, during these two days of almost equal life, Heras finally let down his guard a bit, making him forget how the original owner had oppressed Heras and even affected the fate of a large number of people.

A blood feud.

Lin Pu was not afraid, but he could not suppress the guilt and sympathy in his heart.

Heras seemed oblivious: "Really? How's the battle going? Why haven't I seen any bugs along the way?"

"They have all been relocated. The remaining civilians on Planet 29 are now under military control. It is easy to encounter pirates in that empty area now."

Heras seemed to breathe a sigh of relief and tightened his grip on Limp's hand.

After the three insects walked a few steps, Jerry took out a flying machine from somewhere, which looked very old.

"There has been no support from the main planet, and the brothers sent out have lost contact. Our nutrients are not enough to support us for much longer."

Jerry spoke calmly, as calmly as if he were discussing the weather, and turned on the lights on the aircraft.

The light flickered twice and then settled in a range that was just enough to see the surrounding outlines, but not very clear.

Only then did Limp see his face.

He was slightly shorter than Heras, but still taller than Limp. He looked ostentatious, with a strong visual impact. There were two fist marks on his face, which were left by Heras just now.

I don't know how many times I've washed the clothes I'm wearing. Although they're made of sturdy fabric, they show signs of wear and fading.

But when he puts them together, it's still a very good-looking combination.

Jerry is a blond.

It seems like he will quarrel with his family and run away from home.

He saluted Horus first, then grinned at Limp.

"Nice to meet you."

Limp nodded slightly as a greeting.

He muttered to himself, wondering what Jerry's expression would be if he knew that he was the lord of Heras who deserved to die in Jerry's words.

As soon as his thoughts turned to this, Heras's eyes fell on him.

"Let me introduce you. This is my deputy Jerry, and this... is my lord, Limp."

Limp cursed inwardly and gave Jerry a kind smile.

I'm going to die.

It's rare that Heras can be naughty.
